Food is good, but the manager his name is, Brian, is extremely rude. When asked if my sandwich could be remade due to the toppings he spoke in a very condescending manner. I did not appreciate being spoken to in that manner. So if I return I'll be sure not to interact with him. Thanks Brian for the great night...

Worst customer service! I have been vegetarian for over 10 years. I went and ordered the cauliflower tenders as I usually do, but this time when I ordered they mistakenly gave me chicken. I didn't realize until I already got home and took my first bite. The cauliflower and the chicken look very similar. I was very upset and called the restaurant to make it right. I ordered 5 sides of fries to take home to my family to go with the cheeseburgers we were having for dinner. I was extremely disappointed to find less than half of the usual portions in each side of fries.

I don't know if it was because we went mid afternoon/3 pm-ish, but food wasn't good, boyfriend ordered medium loaded fries and it wasn't spicy at all!! and my lite mild tender combo had no seasoning,, it just tasted like red paprika pepper. I went a year back and it was great. I don't know what happened, the girl in the front looked like she didn't wanna be there.. the service was okay she tried to check in with us at least. Came here about 30 minutes prior to closing. I ordered their usual chicken & fries, the flavoring was decent, but do not come here near closing times. I could taste the old reused frying oil which altered the quality of the food. It almost tasted fishy. Unfortunately we ended up discarding the whole meal because it was unpalatable. This franchise has no morals , they advertised free sliders if downloading app on 10-24-24 till the 25th But they stop giving them out at at 9:20 on the 24th liars !!!
