I go to Dave's all the time. I have never met a guy like Sam he is the most kind and generous person I've ever met at a Dave's hot chicken. This guy makes me feel welcome and has one of the best service I've ever seen.
Business response:

Came to Dave's after a rough day and I just wanted to eat something I've been craving. I got here and I was greeted by Sam and he seemed to notice that I wasn't having a good day, he asked me about my day and made me feel very welcomed and gave me the best customer service I've seen at a fast food chain. It was also very clean which I noticed Sam making sure happened by adjusting chairs and tables and all that so I'm definitely coming back!

let me tell you about Gannon. to explain it as simple as saying he's a great worker would be putting it way lightly. he is my Jesus christ. I was so lost before I entered and in just a couple words I knew I would go to war for him. I'd follow him to the depths of hell and back. Truly phenomenal character and amazing person. I'd be honored to serve under him .
Business response:

First time at this location, and it was great! Did the drive through and it was super fast, Gannon was super helpful with our order, awesome vibes! Coming back forsure.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely incredible and delicious, but what truly stole the show was the service. Isaiah was so engaging and authentic. I haven't had such a genuinely stellar customer experience in a very long time!As a retail store leader myself, I know exactly what it takes to deliver top-tier service, and I was thoroughly impressed. Isaiah's professional energy, enthusiasm, and attentiveness made a massive impression. Incredible food is one thing, but a rockstar teammate like Is... read more

Boom! Glad you loved it! Thanks for the awesome review!
This is my kids favorite chicken restaurant. They love the flavor of the chicken, sauces, Mac and cheese and fries. They get the mild level of heat so they can still taste the chicken. If you like it hot, their hot levels will set your mouth alight. They have multiple milk shake flavors and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. Chicken is made fresh to order so it will take a minute but worth it! Great vibe overall.
