Our Youth Group from Radiant Church went there today after church. We had EXCEPTIONAL service by Isaiah! He prepped extra chicken in preparation for 12 of us for lunch so as they trickled in and ordered, the orders came out quickly!!! Isaiah went above and beyond!!! Will definitely be back!!!

Isaiah and the crew were amazing, it was busy but they kept the line going, Im in customer service and know when it gets busy a positive attitude means everything, he genuinely needs a raise, id much rather a loyal employee that makes my production money than someone who pushes customers away, I will be returning.

Really good attentive service. I've been to this location before and it was great but I came here again during the free slider day and had a wonderful experience. The food was hot and delicious as usual but the service was the best thing about my visit. The restaurant was also very clean and well taken care of even with the high amount of people coming for the sliders. I love Dave's and will definitely be back to this location time and time again!

Isaiah's customer service made our first visit truly memorable, worth the long drive, and definitely referable. The food was so good my son even ordered more to go! Isaiah is an absolute gem -- I hope you take great care of him. PS. The place was soooo clean including the restroom!!!

Every time I stop at Dave's Hot Chicken off Madison Avenue to purchase food, 100% of the time I'm greeted kindly by a staff member, be it a woman or man. Today was no exception, as I walked in a Dave's employee who identified himself as "Miguel" greeted me with a smile. He was professional, listened intently, and took my order with a smile.
