Came to take advantage of the free slider offer in the app. There was a line of people hanging out the front door but we were willing to wait. The line moved pretty fast and the manager was telling everyone to have the app open and orders ready. We ordered 1 extra slider and fries to add to our 2 free sliders. Wife order the lite mild slider and I ordered the medium and mild slider. All were solid. The food is delicious! The spice levels are pretty accurate I usually get hot and it's pretty spicy. Some places claim "hot" when it's really mild but not Dave's.

First time at a Dave's Hot Chicken. Overall, I recommend you try it. Service was stellar - clearly well trained and all involved making a solid effort to make and keep you happy. The register person recognized that this was my first time and solicited questions on the menu. A chicken sandwich (called a slider) with fries and a small fountain drink with15% tip was a reasonable $15. Ordered hot spice and it was perfect balance of hot and tasty. This was the most pleasant fast-casual dining experience I've ever had. Every single crew member was SO kind and attentive - asking if I need extra sauces, offering utensils, clearing my tray off the table once my friend and I were done, etc. Every crew member offered their names (I remember Jay, but there was also a young man and a woman) and a genuine smile. For Dave's being a chain, the service was that of a mom and pop shop. I was floored! Will definitely be back.
