First time at a Dave's Hot Chicken. Overall, I recommend you try it. Service was stellar - clearly well trained and all involved making a solid effort to make and keep you happy. The register person recognized that this was my first time and solicited questions on the menu. A chicken sandwich (called a slider) with fries and a small fountain drink with15% tip was a reasonable $15. Ordered hot spice and it was perfect balance of hot and tasty. This was the most pleasant fast-casual dining experience I've ever had. Every single crew member was SO kind and attentive - asking if I need extra sauces, offering utensils, clearing my tray off the table once my friend and I were done, etc. Every crew member offered their names (I remember Jay, but there was also a young man and a woman) and a genuine smile. For Dave's being a chain, the service was that of a mom and pop shop. I was floored! Will definitely be back.

First time in a Dave's and I'll be back. Fast, friendly service in a clean environment. We got the "hot" spice and it was hot but not too much spice for a Louisiana girl. I think anymore seasoning and it would have been spicy but past the point of what's needed for flavor. The portions were huge! (See photo) The tenders were more like a half of a chicken breast and the slider was a full on sandwich.

I ordered the cauliflower not chicken sandwich with cheese fries and mac and cheese.... BABYYYYY i was not disappointed by far. I ordered takeout and from the way it smelled in the restaurant. I could not wait to taste the mac & cheese. I ate it on my way home. It was a little looser than I liked, but the flavor was really good and I would definitely order it again or for my children the cauliflower chicken sandwich.
