Very bad customer serivce, cashier and supervisor are very unprofessional ... came to buy food, credit card machine wasn't working, my little son was really hungry. So they refused service and asked for cash only, they should have a sign up for customers only cash is accepted if it's that not the case then, we should be given food with credit card if machine work or not.... never ever going there again. I offered to give him money by Zelle or venmo so he can use his cash to give me food but he refused.

I used to love Dave's Hot Chicken, but the last few times I've ordered from them the spiciness level was totally inconsistent: I ordered mild and received hot pain. The shakes and mac+cheese are good, but it's Dave's Hot CHICKEN, not Dave's Hot Side Orders. I'm not eating here again until they fix their kitchen.

This review isnt about food quality or service everything is good and I enjoy coming here but this review is for whoever is doing their pest control. Came last Saturday and again today and both times they've had roaches in their lobby. Like mid waiting in line to order their just causally crawling around and again by the soda machine. So please who ever is running this location be mindful of cleanliness and figure out a better pest control because I enjoy coming here but if we don't care what's happening within customer view... read more

Althought their food is good, the service is really lacking. There is only ever 1 person in the front doing anything, while the other worker (usually the bigger girl) just leans by a wall and watches. I'm a semi regular, and this has been the case for multiple instances. I have to wait upwards of 15 minutes to be helped, on top of the wait for my food, because this store is constantly understaffed and some of the staff is useless. I was very disappointed in my last visit. Every single person there is really nice except for this young girl, named Roxanne. She has tattoos and sleeves rolled up makes her look like a thug and that's also her demeanor, very thuggish. She was very rude to the customer in front of me as well as me. I will no longer frequent this location as I have since the grand opening as long as she is working there. This all happened on Friday the 23rd.

The Mac and cheese tastes like it was was frozen thawed. Not fresh. The. Hi Ken was the same. I would rather go to chic-fil-a.

The cashier was not nice. He did not call me. I went up there to check but he said "nope , we are busy we will call you whenever the food is ready". I waited almost 30mins, he actually left my order at Doordash pick up area. Our food was cold when I got my food. Just a fast food restaurant with indoor seating. Table not cleaned.

Message to the owners in LA love the coating but the chicken is rubber - too much connective tissue. Please consider going organic like most other decent restaurants.
