Ordered two meals online at 5:57 Receipt said to pick up by 6:08 I was at the store at 6:09 and was told it will be a little longer At 6:20 I asked again and was told they were short staffed The meal was ready at 6:33 The meals had the wrong spice I took it anyway because I didn't want to want another 30 minutes for the sliders

DELIVERY SERVICE SCAM! So, the food is excellent; however, I ordered from door dash, & I only received a part of my order. I asked the delivery driver about the order, & she stated that she asked the restaurant if there should be 2 bags, & the restaurant told her no. Odd. She told us to contact the restaurant; instead, I contacted door dash, received an instant credit, & re-ordered the items for pick up. Food was very mediocre and over priced. This restaurant is too over hyped. Popeyes makes better chicken tbh. Also the exterior of the restaurant was just soo dull compared to others shops in the area. Itss like when someone builds a factory right next to a park btw, The staff were nice to us.

Beware!! Been to this location a few times and each time it gets worse! Food is solid but service was lackluster each time I pulled up after the first few times coming here. Also they tried charging for their sauce when we know damn well that it should be free of charge like other locations. Workers probably tryna get a quick buck outta people and that ain't it!! Y'all better off at howling rays honestly

Okay - I never knew this chain was Halal! Very cool to learn that piece of information. The chicken has a lot of paprika and way too much dry rub. I could not eat it. Indoor art is fun. Speaker system does not sound good and there is a lot of echo inside. No drive up. There is outdoor seating too. I'm not sure why they are asking for a tip when paying. Went here a few time. Went to the website to oder now in monrovia. Sent me to down load the app created my account. Sent my order to another location. Couldnt cancel and took 15 mins to get someone to answer the phone. Never got my refund. When I talked to the manager in the monrovia store he show zero customer service or concern. Will never order through a dishonest company. They justvopen let just close them down.

Dave's Hot Chicken in Monrovia is the third chicken joint to open on Huntington Drive in Monrovia in the last 3 months. I decided I would check it out to see how it compared to the likes of Raising Canes and Chick-Fil-A. To start, each of Dave's combos comes with a combination of tenders and/or sliders. I opted with a 2 tender combo for $12.99 thinking that for the price the tenders should be pretty large. Comparably for $11.99 Raising Canes offers a similar box with 4 tenders. Friendly staff but was so disappointed. Expect to wait a little. My daughter has been on a mission to try every spicy chicken sandwich she can get her hands on and we had high hopes for this one. The seasoning is too sweet and is very paprika forward. My daughter didn't even eat all of it which was unusual. So far Jack n the box is still her top spicy chicken sandwich. The place was also very loud. Not enjoyable to eat at all, but I did love how they decorated it.

The guy who handed me my food seemed nice. The interior looked clean but that's because it's new we will give it time and see. When we walked in it smelled bad like someone had BO or the bathrooms not sure. Took forever to have our order taken and then we sat there for the longest time with other people when we only order one meal. Prices are high, ended up getting one meal to split just because it was a lot. I haven't tried the food yet but first impression wasn't the best.
