I was very disappointed with this place. My boyfriend and I came in and were the only ones there. Not only was our food cold but they got our orders wrong. I figured since we were the only ones there that our food was at least be WARM. It was cold especially the fries.

I've been to this Dave's a couple of times since opening. They have new hours 11-8 pm which is crazy to begin with. But they haven't updated their website, they haven't updated their Yelp or Google page. So here I am 8:10 on a Monday night going to pick it up and they are closed. WEIRDOS

I went to this place once and felt the food was very dry and flavorless. I vowed to never go back again. Apparently, my credit card must have enjoyed the meal because I just got a call from my credit union that this place has been charging my credit card repeatedly. So not only was the chicken extremely dry, the employees are dishonest. I would not go to this place, but if you do, pay in cash. I just had to have my card cancelled. Incredible.

Loyal customer to the Rosemead store. First time at Monrovia. Long wait and when I asked how much longer , the server looked at me condescendingly...it's been 9 minutes! So Dave...we are never ever getting back together!

Ordered two meals online at 5:57 Receipt said to pick up by 6:08 I was at the store at 6:09 and was told it will be a little longer At 6:20 I asked again and was told they were short staffed The meal was ready at 6:33 The meals had the wrong spice I took it anyway because I didn't want to want another 30 minutes for the sliders

DELIVERY SERVICE SCAM! So, the food is excellent; however, I ordered from door dash, & I only received a part of my order. I asked the delivery driver about the order, & she stated that she asked the restaurant if there should be 2 bags, & the restaurant told her no. Odd. She told us to contact the restaurant; instead, I contacted door dash, received an instant credit, & re-ordered the items for pick up. Food was very mediocre and over priced. This restaurant is too over hyped. Popeyes makes better chicken tbh. Also the exterior of the restaurant was just soo dull compared to others shops in the area. Itss like when someone builds a factory right next to a park btw, The staff were nice to us.

Beware!! Been to this location a few times and each time it gets worse! Food is solid but service was lackluster each time I pulled up after the first few times coming here. Also they tried charging for their sauce when we know damn well that it should be free of charge like other locations. Workers probably tryna get a quick buck outta people and that ain't it!! Y'all better off at howling rays honestly

Okay - I never knew this chain was Halal! Very cool to learn that piece of information. The chicken has a lot of paprika and way too much dry rub. I could not eat it. Indoor art is fun. Speaker system does not sound good and there is a lot of echo inside. No drive up. There is outdoor seating too. I'm not sure why they are asking for a tip when paying.
