the chicken nuggets taste like they've been deep fried in 10 day old oil they gave us the most pathetic amount of kale slaw... they filled up the tiny cup half way

I ordered the 2 tenders, hot, Didn't care for the spice rub at all there was no flavor to it. Fries were good, and two slices of white bread?? Way overpriced

It was very hard to drink their milkshake with the straw. I had to throw away 4/5 of it. Just to make sure I didn't develop Lou Gehrig's disease, I later got a McDonald's milkshake and was able to drink from the straw fine. The chicken was overpriced and over spiced and too salty. Oh. My. God. I ate half of a slider and that probably gave me enough sodium for a whole week.

This place took too long to get a simple order out. On top of that, they give my order to someone else. They wouldn't let me get a refund or make the order either when I told them I didn't get my food. I didn't have a receipt because I ordered on the kiosks so that's why.

I'm so disappointed in my experience here today. I ordered a two slider meal, one with no spice and one with lite spice for my 7 year old to try for his first time. I've been a customer of DHC since their very first location in Hollywood. Anyway, my son tried his food, and his eyes rolled back in delight when he tried to one with lite spice. I was very disappointed with this place. My boyfriend and I came in and were the only ones there. Not only was our food cold but they got our orders wrong. I figured since we were the only ones there that our food was at least be WARM. It was cold especially the fries.

I've been to this Dave's a couple of times since opening. They have new hours 11-8 pm which is crazy to begin with. But they haven't updated their website, they haven't updated their Yelp or Google page. So here I am 8:10 on a Monday night going to pick it up and they are closed. WEIRDOS

I went to this place once and felt the food was very dry and flavorless. I vowed to never go back again. Apparently, my credit card must have enjoyed the meal because I just got a call from my credit union that this place has been charging my credit card repeatedly. So not only was the chicken extremely dry, the employees are dishonest. I would not go to this place, but if you do, pay in cash. I just had to have my card cancelled. Incredible.

Loyal customer to the Rosemead store. First time at Monrovia. Long wait and when I asked how much longer , the server looked at me condescendingly...it's been 9 minutes! So Dave...we are never ever getting back together!
