I left a feedback couple weeks ago and I was told that I would hear back from them and it's been a week or 2 and I haven't heard back, because of how dissatisfied I was with my food order and drink order and I threw my receipt away

The food is good, and I like how easy the website is to use, but the online ordering process is misleading. The pickup time shown before payment is often very different from the actual ready time given after the order is placed and paid for. This has happened to me almost every time. It is frustrating and the main reason I rarely go there anymore.

Maybe it's because I'm an older man; I had an extremely bad IBS episode after eating here. Chicken was already salty enough with its nashville spice, but dipping it in sauce felt extremely heavy. The flavored batter tasted oddly more sour than it should have been.

A regular here - I absolutely LOVE and crave Dave's everyday. I am pregnant and this is my most favorite place to eat right now. I am vegetarian so I always take advantage of when the Cauliflower is available. Recently I have been experiencing such disappointing orders received. Chicken tastes too fried. Chick-fil-A is better, Popeyes is better. Dave's does a great job at viral marketing and advertising, but it's not all that. Very disappointing. Too much hype which is undeserved. The cheese fries were good, but the chicken is just deep fried chicken. There's nothing really special about it.

When I asked for extra Dave sauce the girl told me she was rationing them. Even when I offered to pay for the extra, she still said no. I think that's ridiculous considering that's the only sauce they have.
