What happened to Dave's? I was sooooo excited upon arrival...a fresh hot chicken sandwich! Along side a side of fries! My husband even joined in. While ordering, the employee informs us that we must buy sauces separately. We love the Dave's sauce and hot honey. We buy a fes if each. Sit down and wait, and wait, and wait. No food anywhere, sensor is silent. Finally when we do get our food it is SO nasty and cold. It was truly inedible. We did go to the counter, but we immediately felt like we were the problem. Absolutely terrible!!!!!! Yasmin the manager doesn't care about your health Me and my girlfriend ordered food and they gave us the wrong order. I wanted medium, but they gave me extra hot. I was sick. My stomach was hurting. They didn't do anything to make it right I would boycott Dave's hot chicken Because it's the type of place where if you got sick and went to the hospital, they wouldn't do anything for you It's brutal to see a business like this go downhill I would never eat here again!!!!!!

Just moved to the neighborhood and my boyfriend and I decided to have Dave's for dinner tonight since the one near my old apartment (in Miracle Mile) was superb. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this location. I placed an order online (as I always do) and my boyfriend went to pick it up. Second time this location got my DoorDash order wrong. I drive to the location today to try and either get it refunded or my missing food given to me. The ladies helping me didn't even say hello instead they looked like dears in headlights and didn't say I word. I asked for a manager and they told me there wasn't one. Told them my order was wrong and said I would like my items and a refund. Would give them 0 starts if I could all the workers were just standing around talking. Everyone that ordered after me got their orders before me. Don't come here if u want to wait for a long time and be ignored when asking about your order

This was my first time eating here and it was totally not good. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for our order. When we got the food, I'm ready for hot fried food, right? The fries were cold and the chicken was cold. Very disappointed. I ordered a very hot chicken, and the reaper. She made me sign two forms, and I didn't even know what I was signing. Horrible service, messed up my food order, and experience. I had picked up my food I had ordered 2 meduims and accidentally gave me hot, orderded fries with no salt and ended up with salt, I got the wrong milkshake half way home and didn't even bother driving back. I had no chocie but to eat my food. Accidentaly threw away my receipt away, cause I was fed up with it. If I had to leave a 0 star I would. Lowkey nasty. The chicken is mostly breading and isn't crispy enough. Spice is pretty good the sauce taste like mustard and mayo

Very Tasty but disappointing portions. Chicken sandwich was tiny and xtra chicken tender was also on the small size. Definitely felt robbed.
