I went to a Dave's Hot chicken here in Arizona up on Bell rd. 475 East Bell Rd My Wife and I went in ordered our food it is great chicken. After we ate I picked up all of my garbage and took it over to the garbage can and deposited it and went back to the table. It was then I noticed that an item I had wrapped in a napkin was no longer on the table. It was quite valuable and my heart sunk, I realized I had thrown it in the trash can. This place is an absolute mess. They lost orders, are rude and extremely slow. The place is way too small and ill equipped to handle the any type of rush. Definitely not a do again on my list

Pick up window is like an apocalyptic free for all with no direction. Watched a fight take place after someone decided to not let the next car go. Waited an hour and the food was so so. 2/10 not worth it.
Everyone always suggests this place to me since my favorite hot chicken place closed down.. so was excited to try it out. I feel like people that haven't had really good hot chicken may like it but for my husband and I it was a complete confusing miss. My first experience here wasn't all that great. I placed an order online which was just the slider and fries. I went in and there was no line it wasn't busy with only a couple ppl in the restaurant. Service was slow with only 2 orders ahead of me. Even though they ask for a name for the order, my order was still wrong and missing items. Too expensive for just okay chicken. Monroe's is better.

Where do I start? I mean, just a terrible representation of Dave's. It's a shame, because most locations are good, this one is just outright terrible. I just had loaded fries and this will be the last time I come to this location. There were 4 pieces of chicken nuggets and basically no coleslaw. Last time I'll be going to this place. First off the first two times I did go the "dining" room was dirty but brushed it off. I ordered three combos and I ask for ranch. First time doing this even though I had this prior. Person at cash counter tells me they don't have any. I brushed that off.
