Service was slow with only 2 orders ahead of me. Even though they ask for a name for the order, my order was still wrong and missing items. Too expensive for just okay chicken. Monroe's is better.

Where do I start? I mean, just a terrible representation of Dave's. It's a shame, because most locations are good, this one is just outright terrible. I just had loaded fries and this will be the last time I come to this location. There were 4 pieces of chicken nuggets and basically no coleslaw. More over there was barely any sauce and everything was ice cold. I'm assuming the chicken was cooked and left out until they prepared my order. Last time I'll be going to this place. First off the first two times I did go the "dining" room was dirty but brushed it off. I ordered three combos and I ask for ranch. First time doing this even though I had this prior. Person at cash counter tells me they don't have any. I brushed that off. This dude in the back as I'm eating my food starts yelling "this ain't fast food and you tell them it's not fast food restaurants". Dude I hope you're reading this. Horrible experience. Food marginal, the service was horrific. Food was Cole and tasteless. Counter help were the most rude I've ever experienced

Dave's what has happened to you? I frequented this place in LA for years and they always had the best chicken. But these new stores popping up in Phoenix are not even close to the Cali branches. The chicken is notably smaller in size and very dry, spices don't match up the heat level, store is an absolute mess, garbage cans overflowing. This was not a one time occurrence either.

Alright. If you read my reviews you'll know I don't like chicken - but I LOVE hot chicken. Crazi hot was the go to spot but they closed down. A friend had tried Dave's and said it was a 10/10. Got food poisoning here tonight!! 40 minutes after eating and getting home my temperature spiked. I am currently in bed with severe chills, body aching, high fever, and having to run to the bathroom every 10 minutes. Was completely fine before the meal.. Also only had about two or three bites. My body must've know something wasn't right with it. Got the new 10 piece nuggets with mild flavor and side of fries. Most likely not practicing safe cooking in the back......

Well my son was looking forward to trying Dave's hot chicken and so we went last night but the service was poor, ( lady was rude) & it was $17.00 something with no drink .it was a small amount of chicken also . The big issue was as soon as my kids got home an hour later they both had stomach pains & diarrhea . Which today they still are having that so i think they got food poising . Thank god i didn't eat it .

Very unimpressed with both the chicken itself, and their use of fake heat for the supposed reaper sauce. It's the only chicken sandwich that my wife said she'd never eat again, and she loves fried chicken sandwiches. She said she'd rather have the one from McD. The coating is very dense, like dried mud, not the crispy/crunchy that you get from Cain's or KFC. She said it felt like a rock in her gut.
