TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

It’s my girlfriend and i First time trying Dave’s chicken in the Westminster area and at first when we place our order not sure if the charier didn’t understand or misheard our order but she charged us for only one meal and it was a completely different order than what we had asked for. It was on us also for not checking our receipt. Once our order was called I was confused on why it was one meal. We had a group of 6 all try this place for the first time and everyone loved it! We got lite mild, mild and medium and the flavor was so good! The chicken was not dry and had the perfect crispyness on it. We loved the pickles and dipping sauce. The fries were perfectly seasoned and crisp as well. The staff was super kind in explaining the menu to us and giving us extra dipping sauces. The restaurant was clean and the food came out quickly. We will all be returning and recommend it to anyone.
Excellent service, flavor, portions, and plenty of parking. The employees are generally welcoming and put an effort to tell you about the menu, give extra sauces, and check in on the quality of the food. Bathrooms are clean, there are plenty of utensils as well. Seating is comfortable, there is outside seating with umbrellas. Gaby was helpful with the orders, and recommended new items.
