So immediately when you walk in you are greeted with the coolest graffiti art on the walls and it's so vibrant and just all around cool. Then you're immediately greeted with the best customer service I have seen in a long time. So I had to try this place because I kept seeing the viral videos of everyone saying it's the best chicken ever and the way it looked as well as the sauce. I was kind of in a hurry to get something to eat and made a right turn into a group of restaurants and picked out Dave's hot chicken. Great choice! The restaurant is very clean. It is loaded with people and I asked for something special. To split the chicken nuggets between the medium and the hot and the manager Sergio came out and made that happen and then came and stopped to see how I enjoyed the food. Kinda of middle ground for me to be honest. I wanted to really like this place but after eating here can say it's just ok. Ordered the 2 slider combo and a strawberry shake. Shake tasted generic and like it didn't have much strawberry flavoring to it. As for the meal somehow they missed my online order so when I got there nothing was ready and there was a line of point of use customers so it was a little upsetting having to wait as if I didn't order 15 mins prior all over again. Parking is difficult but the food is awesome. Such a simple menu but it's so delicious. I like spicy food but I order the extra mild just to make sure it's not so hot! I have been ordering and picking it up and I have yet to have to wait. Food is always done, Hot and ready to go when I arrive.
