I was kind of in a hurry to get something to eat and made a right turn into a group of restaurants and picked out Dave's hot chicken. Great choice! The restaurant is very clean. It is loaded with people and I asked for something special. To split the chicken nuggets between the medium and the hot and the manager Sergio came out and made that happen and then came and stopped to see how I enjoyed the food. Kinda of middle ground for me to be honest. I wanted to really like this place but after eating here can say it's just ok. Ordered the 2 slider combo and a strawberry shake. Shake tasted generic and like it didn't have much strawberry flavoring to it. As for the meal somehow they missed my online order so when I got there nothing was ready and there was a line of point of use customers so it was a little upsetting having to wait as if I didn't order 15 mins prior all over again. Parking is difficult but the food is awesome. Such a simple menu but it's so delicious. I like spicy food but I order the extra mild just to make sure it's not so hot! I have been ordering and picking it up and I have yet to have to wait. Food is always done, Hot and ready to go when I arrive.

Manny G and everyone else working were so nice! They all had smiles and made us feel welcomed. The food was great, better than I've had at other locations. I would definitely recommend this place.

In a large mall, with lots of parking. Busy with other businesses. Clean interior, bathroom was very clean. Had higher hopes for the chicken. Got the chicken tenders which was spiced up with a spicy powder which we were not in love with. It kinda tasted like indian curry spice which was not what we were expecting. For the price, had thought that we'd get well marinated and seasoned spicy chicken. It's fine, but not meeting our expectations. One and done.
