Store was packed, Employees were super nice and the chicken sandwiches are great. Always looking for a good local hot chicken sandwich spot and I think I've found it.

Pleasantly surprised! If you're a fan of spicy fried chicken, this is a great quick option. The spice is no joke and the rub is really tasty. I like a fair amount of spice and mild was plenty for me, but it's nice you have options to add more or less. I got the single chicken tender that came with pickles, a slice of white bread and dipping sauce. My husband tried the sandwich and we enjoyed both. He also got the chocolate shake which was really good, super creamy and just the right amount of chocolate. I can't speak to the... read more

Dave, you evil, evil dude. Yo chicken is HOT! Dave's is a pretty cool spot with some hot chicken. Menu options are pretty straightforward. I got the #3, which is a tender, a sandwich, and fries. I ordered mine hot cause I like the spice. The presentation of the food is decent; all your goodies come in a basket with a side of sauce. The chicken appears to be fried, sauced, and then shaken down with some dry spices, and let me tell you, hot means hot. Definitely hot chicken!!! We stopped here for dinner after seeing the wonderful Insta pics from local foodies. The menu is fairly simple, with a handful of choices plus pick your heat level. We got the #2 combo, which was 2 sliders w/ fries. Even though they are called sliders, I'd say they are bigger than a typical slider, but smaller than a sandwich.
