TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Definitely hot chicken!!! We stopped here for dinner after seeing the wonderful Insta pics from local foodies. The menu is fairly simple, with a handful of choices plus pick your heat level. We got the #2 combo, which was 2 sliders w/ fries. Even though they are called sliders, I'd say they are bigger than a typical slider, but smaller than a sandwich. Great food, good flavor and juicy crunchy chicken! Had a problem with our order and Chris went above and beyond to make it right. Cant recommend this place more you GOTTA try it!

Tried it for the first time and it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! We got the 2 slider combo and the service was great while ordering. The inside was very clean and pleasant as well. Tried the medium and hot levels. There is a big jump to hot so if you can't handle some heat I would stick to medium. We will definitely be back!
