Came in for lunch today on the 4th day they were open and got the #4 (Dave's slider with fries on the side. They give you sauce for the fries as well) and added cheese. I got it medium heat level. The chicken was cooked amazingly. Medium wasn't spicy at all for me so I would recommend going at least 1 level higher if you like spice. The fries are crispy and delicious. This place is right near my work so I will be a regular customer!

We ordered tenders, sliders, cheese fries, they are all delicious. I realize that the heat comes a little later, so go easy if you can't take too much heat. I took medium spice and it's just nice for me. Friendly service, they went round to make we are enjoying the food, and have enough sauce. Wall art is cool and vibrant, place is clean, we felt comfortable dining there. Counter guys were attentive, they jumped to help an elderly couple (1 of them in wheelchair) with the door. Heading to do some grocery shopping and stopped in for a quick lunch. This first time will not be the last! Service was very helpful with explanations and fast. Food quality, portion size and taste were all 5 star! Cool vibe inside too!

Amazing 3rd review ever and grand opening today definitely a must try. Amazing Service and amazing chicken sandwiches definitely recommend!.

Tried the medium (after being a little intimidated I. The past and only trying mild.) the medium had so much flavor! Now I regret not trying one of each hotness (is that a word?) for the side I had fries and the kale salad. The fries were perfectly crisp, loved the dipping sauce and the kale salad was nicely chopped and crispy. Also, the kids had the Mac n cheese and loved it! The service was very friendly and I love the localized street art. This is a great addition to the area. Next time reaper?

I've been to Nashville and I've eaten Hattie B's chicken, so I know my way around a chicken sandwich. I can say with confidence that this location is just as good, if not better, than Nashville hot chicken. The tender and sandwich I had were both very juicy and soft. I didn't feel like the spice level was too overwhelming. The flavors in the sandwich worked really well together in terms of texture and flavor. Fairly new customer to Dave's. I've ordered the Extra Hot chicken sandwich before and, as someone who enjoys spicy food, I was able to handle that level of heat without any issues. Since I usually order through the app, I assumed the Reaper level would only be slightly spicier than Extra Hot. Because of that, I ordered Reaper sandwich combos for myself and my family. Just ordered through Grub hub. Fries were cold and stale. The sauce I ordered was incorrect. And they charge you two dollars for incorrect sauce. The sauce that comes with the fries was only a quarter full in the little container. This is ridiculous for the amount of money this stuff cost. In the future, I will not be ordering from this place anymore and if they continue with this type of service, they're not gonna be lasting very long.

I do not recommend this location. We are fans of Dave's Hot Chicken, so this should have been an easy rating. However, I have been here three times, and the customer service has consistently been horrible. The front staff needs training in communicating with customers. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because a manager gave me decent service. My advice - go to the Sunnyvale location.
