I do not recommend this location. We are fans of Dave's Hot Chicken, so this should have been an easy rating. However, I have been here three times, and the customer service has consistently been horrible. The front staff needs training in communicating with customers. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because a manager gave me decent service. My advice - go to the Sunnyvale location.

This place definitely needs to retrain their staff on double checking to go orders If restaurants plan to be THIS bad with DoorDash orders... just don't bother with it

Great place to go if you like being ignored and eating dusty flavorless overpriced chicken. The sliders were just ok but the tenders were like taking a bite out of a seasoning packet with surprisingly no flavor.

It was our first time at Dave's hot chicken. We came in optimistic because it was recommended to us by one of our best friends. The menu looks good. We placed our order. Our total with tip was $57.38, we received neither a receipt or a pager to let us know when our food was ready. Our friend ordered before us and logically he received his food first, after 25 minutes of waiting I decided to go up to the counter and ask. Too limiting in their offerings... Not much for service - choose, pay, pickup, etc. Chicken tenders were quite large and tender (good), very hot was, well, very hot and one dimensional. My biggest complaint was that the menu was so limited. Chicken, chicken, chicken made the same way and offered with sliced bread or on a bun; the only veggies were pickles and kale slaw.

This is by far the worst dave's hot chicken location I've ever been in. When I was ordering I'm pretty sure that the guy heard mild and hot because he repeated what I ordered but when they gave me my order, it was both hot. I was going to ask them to change it but the workers were so rude, literally staring into my soul like whattt?!? The place is so dirty. Their soda's are straight up carbonated water, not even bothering to check it out and pour some syrup. I do not recommend going to this location.

Just tried them for the first time. Well, the Hot chicken was fire but the signature chicken sandwich? What a joke. It came with a few sad shreds of cabbage --- wow, no coleslaw? Who does that? They should "fire" the kitchen and retrain them right away. Nope, I won't come back.

Not worth it. The milkshakes were wayyy to watered down. Once i requested a refund i got attitude from the cashier name Anthony. The chicken and fries were dry and not made to order. Im better off going to Krispy krunchy chicken.
