I've been to Nashville and I've eaten Hattie B's chicken, so I know my way around a chicken sandwich. I can say with confidence that this location is just as good, if not better, than Nashville hot chicken. The tender and sandwich I had were both very juicy and soft. I didn't feel like the spice level was too overwhelming. The flavors in the sandwich worked really well together in terms of texture and flavor. Make sure to check your take out orders. Today we had a mix up. We ordered mild chicken sandwiches and found out we had the spicy when we got home. It was too much trouble to take it back and we ended up eating it. Big mistake as we had tummy aches from the meal. We should have had a clue when we walked in to pick up the order and it was quite chaotic at pick up.

All the Ambiance of Bobs Big Boy and the prices of a truffle shop. No Chicken is worth what they are asking... I'm tired of business jacking prices up because they are in Silicon Valley... "Fool me once" not again that's for sure! Prices keep going up and up, when is it the consumers turn?" All that miss information about chicken shortages during COVID drove the price up. Now that there's plenty of chicken, you see the prices go down? Heck NO, just up up up.

Fairly new customer to Dave's. I've ordered the Extra Hot chicken sandwich before and, as someone who enjoys spicy food, I was able to handle that level of heat without any issues. Since I usually order through the app, I assumed the Reaper level would only be slightly spicier than Extra Hot. Because of that, I ordered Reaper sandwich combos for myself and my family. Just ordered through Grub hub. Fries were cold and stale. The sauce I ordered was incorrect. And they charge you two dollars for incorrect sauce. The sauce that comes with the fries was only a quarter full in the little container. This is ridiculous for the amount of money this stuff cost. In the future, I will not be ordering from this place anymore and if they continue with this type of service, they're not gonna be lasting very long.

I do not recommend this location. We are fans of Dave's Hot Chicken, so this should have been an easy rating. However, I have been here three times, and the customer service has consistently been horrible. The front staff needs training in communicating with customers. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because a manager gave me decent service. My advice - go to the Sunnyvale location.

This place definitely needs to retrain their staff on double checking to go orders If restaurants plan to be THIS bad with DoorDash orders... just don't bother with it

Great place to go if you like being ignored and eating dusty flavorless overpriced chicken. The sliders were just ok but the tenders were like taking a bite out of a seasoning packet with surprisingly no flavor.

It was our first time at Dave's hot chicken. We came in optimistic because it was recommended to us by one of our best friends. The menu looks good. We placed our order. Our total with tip was $57.38, we received neither a receipt or a pager to let us know when our food was ready.
