The service was amazing as we walked in we were greeted profesional by Vanessa, hands up for her service. Food was amazing I got the hot it was delicious and fries were amazing. My side was the Mac and cheese loved it. We will be coming back soon. Thank you

Overall Experience: 6.8/10 The restaurant is located in a plaza with many other shops. The restaurant is new, and although it has a large and bright interior, the food did not live up to what was expected. The food: I got the 2 tender with fries combo at hot hot and extra hot level. The spice was a lighter kick, but for something that I expected to be hot and spicy which the chicken did not bring. The chicken was not super crispy as hoped, a little bit on the droopy end. Ok, ok, it's not gourmet. IMO Dave's hot chicken is on par with McDonalds, it's a value add fast food but I think that the one thing that separates them and gives them a good chunk of the niche market is that they offer great SPICY food and you don't find a lot of that in a fast food restaurant. If I rated only fast food Dave's would be 5 stars but for respect for people who put hard work and love into their food they get a three. Located on the border of Saratoga and Sunnyvale, parking is plentiful but at peak times spots may be difficult to find. The interior is large and good for medium sized groups. #3 (5/5): medium spice. The fries were perfect. It was crispy on the outside yet fluffy on the inside. The seasoning was a bit light but went well with the sauce. The spice is a good level. Service was really good, everyone was nice and I was able to get my order very quick. However, the chicken felt slightly undercooked and I wasn't really able to enjoy it as much as I thought I would.

Had Dave's for the first time my husband picked it up for us. He said the staff was very nice and helpful, when I got my food the packaging I must say is really cool! My food was hot and had all kinds of sauces on the side to try, I got a mild it was good but I like more spice so next time I'll get hot! The quality is there, and those pickles are super good ! It's pricey , and drinks are sold separately which kind of sucks since each meal is about 19$ but I liked it tho I'll be back to try the hotter chicken !

Came to try out daves hot chicken here locally. Large seating options both indoor and outdoor. No rush at all at a sunday lunch time. Service was good. The food was ok, maybe im not into the hot chicken but the sliders idk if the buns should be toasted but that would have helped and i feel they should put some more sauce in the slider itself, it was a bit dry. I've been to this location twice and both times there has been the same worker at the counter. The food is pretty good but I'm here to talk about the cashier. His name is Sebastian and he is the nicest most customer friendly cashier I have met. He deserves a raise.

Staff here is very friendly. The bathrooms are clean. Great music choice. The hot chicken is actually hot and pretty good. The shake has good viscosity and thickness. Overall really good. Only thing I could think that could be improved would be the seasoning on the fries they were a bit under seasoned.
