Tried Dave's hot chicken for the first time. Excellent customer service from Mia, not only did she make it comfortable but her personality was amazing. Thank you Mia for checking and making sure my sister and I were ok, and getting us what we needed. The Store Manager Jose was very professional, very hands on with her customer's and staff. Everything was great with the exception of the women's restroom, very bad smell, and dirty.... Not your fault just observe more often because that could be a real turn off. Being a chicken sandwich enthusiast I had to try Dave's Hot Chicken in Hemet. I waited about 30 minutes in the drivthru around 1130-midnight. I got to the ordering board at midnight. Cynthia was very friendly at explaining the menu and taking my order. I purchased the #3 with hot and medium chicken. Both were delicious and not overcooked or overly greasy. First time I've eaten there and it was amazing. This location was so nice and the people were friendly and happy! I was very impressed, when I asked for extra sauce and pickles I actually got them without hesitation. Overall rating on the employees and restaurant a 10 plus. For being new, they have no issues whatsoever!

The food was fine but the wait was horrid, took 40 minutes to get our food and we only ordered 2 combos, not sure what the deal was last night but I highly doubt if we will go back. Service was fine, new girl on the register was cool. Sorry Dave, I just don't have time to wait 40 mins for mediocre chicken sandwiches and tenders.
