Horrible service! Not only did it take 15 minutes until someone finally took my order. After that we were at the window for a good 25mins!!! Not one person in this restaurant cared to attend us at the drive thru window. Finally we were able to flag down the workers and it took 3 people just to get someone to come to the window. This is horrible service! This was our first time here too.. not a good experience at all.

Terrible. Sat in that dumb line for 20 minutes sat at the window for an extra 10 n drove off these slow as people don't deserve your money. Not even a dinner rush. Just slow ass workers. Used to be a good spot i guess it's going downhill smh. No excuse for 30 minute wait in line for some damn fried chicken i only had 2 cars ahead of me. I had to yell hello several times at the speaker before I was acknowledged. The person taking my order (male) was very unprofessional. He didn't listen and it took me more than five mins to order a strawberry shake. I then waited another 15 mins behind two other cars. When I pulled up to the window, the person responded drove through was texting on his phone then he aimlessly ran around doing other things u til He realized I was the car with the shake. Can't believe it took me 20 mins to get a shake in the drive through

Sat in a drive thru for 40 mins for food thats not even good. Takes way too long when i just want to pick something up on the way home back from work. I thought this was fast food lol.

Don't go through the drive thru unless you have about an hour to spare. Definitely the worst Dave's I've been to.

I've always had good experiences going to this location, so I'm surprised they really did this. As you can see in the photo this piece of chicken was really tiny. Compared to what they are charging for this, I'd expect something more. Shame on you.

This restaurant is one of the worst in picking up orders. Not all but many of these young people are rude to handicapped customers and for some reason cannot remember that customers already paid for their order, before all the drive thru even placed their orders. Then people inside that did not order online always get service before online orders! These customers pay more and pay way early-ish.
