I've been a regular customer here and really enjoy the cauliflower slider, the seasoning and flavor are great. But after what happened tonight, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this location. I ordered a cauliflower slider with fries and with no slaw due to dietary reasons, along with a chicken slider with fries for my husband (no modifications just the standard item). Hot Chicken should really consider adding a drink to the combo to make up for the long wait in the drive-thru. Does the whole team call off on Saturdays? It takes way too long just to get our order.

I'm currently in the drive-through line been here for over 40 minutes and not one car has moved. Terrible service

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel like I need to speak up about my experience here. I came into this location really excited to eat because I've heard so many good things about Dave's Hot Chicken. Unfortunately, my experience was completely ruined by how I was treated by the manager, Katie. From the moment I walked in, her energy felt off. Had a pretty upsetting experience at the Hemet, CA. location. I drove up to the speaker and waited until someone would ask me for my order. No one answered so I drove up to the wi ndow. They get upset at me and ask me to go back around. Then the cashier goes to the manager. The manager tells me they can take my order but I will need to park out front and someone will bring it to me. My wife and I wait in the 100 degree weather for over 15 minutes before I walked in. The manager tells me they've just made my order after ... read more

Upon arrival the front area was empty with no employees, no greetings. We used the kiosk to order but one of them wasn't working so we waited for the working kiosk to open up. When I finally saw en employee I asked for our drink cups, again she didn't greet us or even acknowledge us, just handed us the cups and walked off. The food was ok. No much slaw on the sandwich, mild level heat is very very low heat. Overall an underwhelming experience. I really don't like the food at all it just taste like throw up and the only thing I like from it is the soda

My first visit here was GREAT. Even the second one was. My last few times have been not good. There is absolutely no reason to have a 30 MINUTE WAIT in the drive thru! It doesn't take that long to make chicken and fries! No apology. No discount. No consideration for customers time at all. Get it together!!!!

Took 30 mins for 3 pieces of chicken. Took 5 mins to take my order at the menu. First time visit.
