Took forever to make our food and get our food out in the drive thru. I'm sure everyone else has the same experience

I asked for extra coleslaw and they barely put some. And the waiting time is ridiculous.

My wife and I and our son went out to dinner last night around 6 o'clock for the first time having eaten at Dave's hot chicken service when we first walked in was nonexistent no one at the counter and it took about 5 to 10 minutes even someone to greet us when we finally placed our order it took about 20 minutes for us to get our foodand the chicken was cold The fries were cold and the meal was absolutely horrible. Is it normal to wait 10 mins in the drive thru? Or am I just in a hurry. It's been 10 mins with 2 cars still ahead of me that haven't paid or received their food.

food is decent, problem with the store is that it's not fast and efficient. this is not a restaurant so the food shouldn't take 30 minutes to be served to costumer. wait times should be 8-15 max in a fast food.

Food is good. But why does it take 20 minutes for a single slider. Absurd. It's fried chicken. They neeed to work faster. Lady at the front is standing around. And they prioritize drive thru not walk in

I have been to this location several times. The food was great, and service was good. The last time however we found a hair on our order. It was a to go order, so I discovered the hair once I had arrived to my location. I had to dump the entire order in the trash and I will not be returning as I am grossed out. It is not difficult to wear hair nets, or at the very minimum wear hair in a tight bun. I guess I'll be driving out of Hemet when craving Dave's.

Usually come here with the wifey, but today was extremely disappointing. it's all good usually but extremely disappointed with today's service we had gotten there at 4:15. No type of communication no give us a second nothing of that nature and then after 15 minutes, of waiting the car behind us backed out and we decided to back out of the drive-through as well. It was unbelievable and the guy on the other end was extremely rude won't be going here for a while.
