Such a cute little spot - we are so happy to have a Dave's hot chicken in town. We stopped by 30 minutes before closing and the service and food was amazing. They have our favorite fried chicken tenders. 10/10 recommend.
I recommend ordering inside of the restaurant. I did an online order for a quick pick up while on my lunch break. Unfortunately I received the picture below. A 10pc with fries. Looks like chicken scraps and fries to me. Chicken was hard as a rock and several pieces were just crispy ends, no meat on the inside. I had to ask for my order 5 times before it was given to me. Probably won’t be ordering from here anymore.
Food was amazing. Ordered on the app to skip the line, food was ready in 15 minutes. All the food was super hot and fresh. Tenders were HUGE!! I got hot spice level and it was a very enjoyable burn but not too much. Perfect. I brought a friend and he said his sliders were amazing. Sauce is great. Gold peak tea- peach and raspberry with free refills is a huge bonus and great taste. I will be back so many times. So happy to have Dave’s Hot Chicken in ROC!!!
Best chicken sandwich I ever had. Also, the fries were super crispy. I love them that way! It also had a very vibrant atmosphere.
Line was out the door but it moved along fine. They had more than enough staff and everyone was polite and seemed happy. I got three tenders. They were good. Seasoned very well. Decent sized. The sauce was ok. I got hot, x hot and reaper. The x hot was my favorite and had a good amount of heat and flavor. The hot was a bit bland.
