The food is not too spicy but gives you a little kick in your mouth The service is good but a little slow The ambiance is amazing the artwork is great I fought about it about the time it takes to make the food is worth the wait

Business response:
Boom! Glad you loved it! Thanks for the awesome review!
I really love Dave's. I really like this location. If you go early (like we did) it's one of the best in the area. Good service, clean, consistent, fun vibe and atmosphere. There's nothing I can add that is groundbreaking...except, and this is my fault.... I didn't know there was a difference between their sliders and mini sliders. There is a CONSIDERABLE difference. I thought I was buying a 4 slider combo meal. I was incorrect. And had to order more food.

I've been meaning to check them out especially when they have their mozzarella sticks on the menu! So I placed an order online for pick-up. And was pleasantly surprised that they have a drive-through option. My food was packed with all side options etc - perfectly. I didn't get any pics this time but everything was excellent!

I recommend Dave's Hot Chicken restaurant located in Henrietta. From the friendly, courteous, and very capable staff, to the delicious chicken and French fries. Very clean and well staffed. I brought 6 teenagers in for lunch. No leftovers, all happy. Plus they gave me a Military discount. I will eat there every chance I get. I like 'Hot'. I was not disappointed!
Business response:

Dave's Hot Chicken in Rochester lives up to the hype. The chicken is incredibly juicy with a perfect crispy coating, and the spice levels are actually accurate--Hot is hot, but still full of flavor. The sliders are stacked, the tenders are huge, and the Dave's sauce ties everything together. The fries stay crunchy, and the pickles add the right balance. Service is quick, the place is clean, and the staff is chill and friendly. Whether you're grabbing a late-night meal or a quick dinner, Dave's delivers consistent quality. If... read more
