When I arrived for my online order, the place was buzzing with diners and takeouts. Mine was ready within 2 minutes of estimate. The sliders were SO GOOD! Chicken had the crisp and juiciness of Raising Cane's and the flavor of the best Nashville Hot. The slaw was icing on the cake! Pickles crunchy and moist. Mac and cheese was tender and saucy. This place is so cool inside & out. I went on the later side, and it wasn't busy. Online ordering was down so I just went inside and every worker was patient of it being new. Although it was a little pricey (two meals plus shakes as drinks were $47) the chicken was really good. Wish I had some pictures but the mild wasn't even hot so don't be scared to go higher. They give out honey packets which gave the sandwiches a sweet taste. The Daves Sauce is good as well. I would totally go back!

Amazing HOT chicken. The medium is hot the hot is really hot the very hot is almost unbearable and the reaper is ridiculous. The quality of the chicken is amazing and the management in the store is outstanding. I had an error on my order where they flipped around the mild in the hot and they made everything right with a brand new order in just a few minutes when I came back. I've been anxiously waiting for Dave's to come to Rochester. Here's where we break down why! 1. Customer service was 12/10! 2. The Oreo milkshake..... stop playin with me 3. The food was fresh hot and absolutely delicious! 4. The place was clean and looked amazing inside. We heard that Dave's hot chicken had opened but didn't really know when. We decided to order online and pick up. When arriving the place was justifiably crowded which should make the owners happy. I can't talk about the ambiance because I didn't pick up the food and we ate at home. We have only heard a little bit about the food so we went into it with no preconceived ideas!! Just opened this week, happy to have a Dave's hot chicken in the area. Bright, colorful, open design. I love the artwork on the exterior and interior of the restaurant, graffiti style and tailored to local area. This location has been added to the app, so you can now order online to pick-up. I came for early lunch take-out with a short line, efficient timing for their first week. A long line out of the building that goes pretty quickly, from the door it was 15 minutes. The menu is small, and prices do not include beverages. There only 4 combo meals to choose from.
