Imagine this: you're waiting in the drive thru line for 30 whole minutes for them to fulfill your order of 10 chicken bites (no fries no drink), but it gets to you COLD. I had ice cream warmer than these 10 nuggets that look like it came straight from something I've seen in my toilet. I don't care about the fact that I wasted my money. I care that I wasted my time for something so disappointing. Never again.

Check your food before leaving. I ordered 3 mild sliders, and when I got home, I realized that they gave me 3 tenders on bread with sauce and pickle. The husband and child were very disappointed, as they were looking forward to the sliders.

I've been a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken for a while now, and unfortunately, my visit to the Rochester location didn't meet the standard I've come to expect from the brand. The chicken didn't appear to be cooked to order -- both tenders I received were warm at best, not hot, which is a telltale sign they had been sitting for a bit. Had this as an event lunch for a company lunch... Only 20% of order was correct, which was cold and not good. Other components were terrible. I don't think I'll eat again

I see all the pictures of these large tenders and just went for first time, ordered tender and slider combo the size of my two tenders didn't equal the amount of a chicken on a chick fil a sandwich. Tastes good but not worth 20 bucks.

Honestly really bad service. I waited 10 minutes in the drive through 30 minutes before they closed and they turned me away. DO NOT GO HERE
When I got my chicken, it was cold. My chicken was also unseasoned. IT TASTED LIKE STRAIGHT SPICE TENDERS WITHOUT FLAVOR. instead of 2 tenders I got 1. Dave's hot chicken, I thought you were worth the hype. I hate this restaurant not coming again TIKTOK all your fault. 1 star.

Had lunch there today...not impressed! Wife and I ordered and received our buzzer. Several people ordered after us after sitting for about 20-25 minutes we noticed everyone that ordered after us had received their food. Went to the counter and asked about my order, and looked at me funny like "Oh Shit" and they made an inquiry and realized that they forgot to make my order.
