Bad service, took 25 minutes to bring food out and there was sauce all over the packaging,very bad experience, food wasn't even done properly so what was the 25 minute wait for? Extremely disappointed.

I went to DHC bc I had a great experience the first time I went to this restaurant. I went there last Saturday, after the Corn Hill Arts festival bc I thought it would be a good place to eat & just chill, plus I wanted some chicken. The food was terrible. I ordered the #1 - chicken fillets n fries. This entire entree was trash. Everything was cold n overcooked until its edges were charred. 30 minutes drive thru. Just not moving. When I got to the window the employees are just chatting. Lack of professionalism. I went on 1/16 at around 8:45pm. Manager should review the security camera. 2 cars left during the 30 minutes drive thru.

Imagine this: you're waiting in the drive thru line for 30 whole minutes for them to fulfill your order of 10 chicken bites (no fries no drink), but it gets to you COLD. I had ice cream warmer than these 10 nuggets that look like it came straight from something I've seen in my toilet. I don't care about the fact that I wasted my money. I care that I wasted my time for something so disappointing. Never again.

Check your food before leaving. I ordered 3 mild sliders, and when I got home, I realized that they gave me 3 tenders on bread with sauce and pickle. The husband and child were very disappointed, as they were looking forward to the sliders.

I've been a fan of Dave's Hot Chicken for a while now, and unfortunately, my visit to the Rochester location didn't meet the standard I've come to expect from the brand. The chicken didn't appear to be cooked to order -- both tenders I received were warm at best, not hot, which is a telltale sign they had been sitting for a bit. Had this as an event lunch for a company lunch... Only 20% of order was correct, which was cold and not good. Other components were terrible. I don't think I'll eat again

I see all the pictures of these large tenders and just went for first time, ordered tender and slider combo the size of my two tenders didn't equal the amount of a chicken on a chick fil a sandwich. Tastes good but not worth 20 bucks.
