I don't normally post reviews, but today when i visited the Dav's Hot Chicken in Wake Forest, I couldn't believe how hard team was working to handle all the guest in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. I will be returning.

I love the paint in the dining room. The cashier was very friendly. The chicken was the best part WOW. I will be back

Super cute! Staff was nice. Now...on to the chicken. We went to see if tje Carolina Reaper sauce chicken was really worth having to sign a waiver. And um, yes..yes it was! Within seconds hubby had beads of sweat popping off of his forehead. If you aren't accustomed to hot stingy foods ---DO NOT GET THE REAPER! His gut was ...and that still didn't deter him. This was some great chicken--the perfect spice level. The place was spotless. I will be back.
A spicy experience that must be added to your chicken Rolodex. If you spicy and you like chicken, Dave's Hit Chicken is the spot! The mini sliders are perfect for that quick fix without getting too stuffed. The sauce is a nice complement to the heat and the crinkle cut fries are blast to the past from an older time. I'll be coming back soon!
Not bad for a fast food chicken restaurant. I had really low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The chicken was very moist and the seasoning was good. Portion was also good enough to share.
