this my first time I'm here customer service is good. Everything is good here will definitely recommend to a friend.
The chicken was actually good I ask got the hot one is really hot just how u like it, the lady who's giving out the orders has a great customer service really nice this experience was amazing coming all the way from chapel hill it was worth it.
First of all, the customer service is wonderful. The speediness of getting my order. It's supposed to be exactly as it is because you have to wait. So they can make it just right. There's something about the chicken that so amazingly delicious. Don't skimp out on their delicious milkshakes and frosty beverages with flavor. the food is very good. the service is nice. they have cool art on the walls. i would recommend coming here.
Fam of 4. 2nd Time ordering mobile. Process was seamless and easy. Order was ready when promised. Food was hot and delicious. Will definitely be one of our GO-TO's for lunch and dinner.
I would challenge a number of the 1-stars as they were all when things were new and this place was swamped, I mean lines out the door, impossible to get because everyone was going there. Things have settled down and the staff has seem to get things in order as far as order turn around. I've not had any bad experiences with ordering since February 2025 or so. This was some of the best fried chicken tenders/bites I've ever had! Far better than Raising Cane's! The restaurant was decorated really cool and modern! Great atmosphere! While the prices were a little high for just chicken and fries, I'll definitely be back!
