the chicken was good, ordered medium spice did it right, and temperature was hot right out of fryer. the fries were warm at best and seasoning did not help. I ordered just after 3pm and had to wait almost 20 minutes for food. seems a bit slow for a restaurant with 3 people in kitchen 1 at counter and 4 people in the dining area. my biggest issue is waiting for 20 minute, and asking people to tip at the register, if they had table service I wouldn't mind tipping but the owner is basically asking customers to directly pay th... read more

New Raleigh, NC location on Sherman Oaks Dr. Food was okay. The reason for the 2 stars is 1. Price is too much. $17 for 2 tenders, fry and small drink. 2. The big annoyance, similar to Raising Cane's, they had no other sauce than Dave's Sauce. People like Ranch with hot chicken. For this reason, I won't come back until they have that option especially with that price and no option for Ranch.

Please understand, this may be "hot chicken" but it could not be further away from what Nashville Hot Chicken is. I lived in East Nashville for 3 years and still visit the city multiple times a year. This place is an embarrassment to itself. Open for only a few months and the bathrooms are some of the dirtiest I've ever seen. Wholly apathetic staff. The chicken itself is garbage. This place started off strong, the food is amazing when it's correct and hot. Recently the last 3-4 times we went they messed up everything. The cooks in the back are just not paying attention to orders coming in and should be retrained asap. I have been going to daves since they opened in LA. This is not a proper daves and needs to be addressed.

took me 30 minutes to get food and was expensive, the workers there also yelled out orders very aggressively and I felt threatened a bit, food was amazing just bad experience

I'd give zero stars if I could. We waited over 30 min for some overpriced chicken tenders, fries, and Mac n cheese. There was almost no flavour despite getting the "medium" spice. Brett, before you chime in to say "we're so sorry that we fell short, we'll make sure to pass on to the team. Please reach out to our feedback website" maybe read the dozens of other reviews on here basically saying the exact same thing that I just typed. Y'all need to do better.

They go heavy on the spices here. Like to the extent that all you taste is paprika. And there is not alot of options. Not having ranch, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce at a fried chicken restaurant is absolutley a huge missteps. Plus the food made me and my wife sick.

They messed up our first order after waiting 45 minutes by giving us another lower priced order. Went back another time waited another 45+ minutes. Great chicken but ridiculous wait times and poor service. Last time for me.
