What's up with these different chicken craze restaurants? New twist but same service across the visit. I didn't get any overwhelming desire to revisit. I will but not going to rush back. PDQ was down the road and didn't make it. I thought they did a better job. If you don't want to tip in a fast food establishment you need to be aware to hit "other" after the tip % line.

Great chicken made to order. Expect to wait about 30 minutes during peak lunch and dinner rush. Chicken was fresh and full of flavors. I ordered 2 sliders with fries and no complaints. See you soon.

Best hot chicken sandwich in Wake Forest - trust me, I've tried them all! I placed an order online and picked it up quickly, no need to wait in line. Inside the restaurant was clean and orderly; the employees were kind and helpful. The chicken was quality and delicious- our family will be back!

the female manager is a complete psycopath, i called in a doordash order and they canceled it 20 minutes later and said they refunded my card and will still send my order via doordash with the express package all free. i get it things happen..no big deal, so i opened my bank acct just to see if they refunded but there were 2 charges of same amount so they double charged me instead. so i called just to see if it was a mistake..i asked to speak to a manager and she said im manager.. i said hello how are you today? she says..fi... read more

Daughters wanted to get the X-men meal. She liked the medium level chicken. It was odd to me that I couldn't order a regular ranch sauce but had to order a large instead. Instead of getting anything related to X-men she got a normal meal with no X-men toy. The X-men meal is more expensive compared to a regular meal and I wasted money for nothing. The chicken was ok but there's better chicken around. I won't be going back here bc of the careless and lack of detail getting an entire meal wrong.

Store was very dirty from drink area to our seat and we had to ask for our table to be wiped down. First time here not impressed. The price omg. we are in wake Forest so expected it to be a bit pricey anyway. Food was just ok. Oh yeah bathrooms also dirty. We went around 4:30 on a Friday

We got there just after noon on Friday. They had just opened at 11 and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept in a week. Floor under the drink dispenser was really dirty. The napkin dispensers were all empty. Food was ok but nothing great. We won't be going back.

Why does it ALWAYS take 20 plus minutes to get ANY size order at this location? Not even busy with several employees working and the staff is talking and laughing but not getting food to customers.

the chicken was good, ordered medium spice did it right, and temperature was hot right out of fryer. the fries were warm at best and seasoning did not help. I ordered just after 3pm and had to wait almost 20 minutes for food. seems a bit slow for a restaurant with 3 people in kitchen 1 at counter and 4 people in the dining area. my biggest issue is waiting for 20 minute, and asking people to tip at the register, if they had table service I wouldn't mind tipping but the owner is basically asking customers to directly pay th... read more
