First time here. Food took a long time and still was not hot. Food wasn't great. My "sliders" tasted like taco seasoning (specifically cumin and chili powder). Very weird. Fries were cold. We said we were eating "here". They put it "to go", forgot to give us cups, and only gave 2 ketchup packets. There's no way to get ketchup or sauces other than small packets at the register. My first visit was my last visit due to one of the managers making racial comments to one of the employees. I think her name was Vanessa. I was waiting on my food and I heard her tell one of the employees who was listening to his music and she proceeded to the "N" word in which we all know what that word is. "It weren't bad it just weren't $35 good either. It was honestly like a high end Popeyes." -my husband I was really craving Hattie Bs but we are 9 hours away from Nashville so I decided to give Dave's Hot Chicken a try. I ordered at 6;35, as I start this review it is 7:05. It's puzzling to me that a place who only serves chicken 4 different ways takes this long to provide food. I have door dashed for this place in the past and there is always a terrible wait. It's actually so bad I declined orders from them because it would take so much of my time waiting on the food. Very disappointed. Have tried this restaurant twice. Both times experienced very long wait (30+ mins) for a simple to go order. Zero communication from the staff.

First time visiting this place. The person running the counter was helpful, only to everyone that walked in the door to pick up an order. She kept telling me to wait. She asked if it was "for Here or To Go", I said to go. when the pager went off 8 minutes later, it was prepared as "For Here". I told it was to go and she handed me a bag to put it in yet it needed to be boxed. So she gave me a box. Never offered to assist just made me do it at the counter. The wait time is absolutely insane. We waited 45 + minutes for food. The customer service was less than average, the seating area was dirty and not stocked with items (lids, napkins, straws etc.). Very disappointing with all the hype that's around this franchise.

1 hour for fried chicken the line wasn't even long. NOT WORTH IT. AVOID people waiting seems like a line it isn't. It's people who ordered and still waiting.
