It took almost an hour to get my food. Not sure what the deal is. Place was packed with people and nobody had food the entire time I was there.

The wait time is absolutely insane. We waited 45 + minutes for food. The customer service was less than average, the seating area was dirty and not stocked with items (lids, napkins, straws etc.). Very disappointing with all the hype that's around this franchise.

This place is not it. The wait to get food was insane. 25 mins wait time. They know it takes a while so they give you a pager like you're at a restaurant waiting for a table. When I got the food it was ok whatever definitely not worth waiting that long. I literally ordered a fried chicken slider and French fries and they made me wait for almost a half hour. Will not be back

If I could give 2 thumbs down I would. I waited 30 min for the food which was fine because they were busy, but the wait was definitely not worth it. The food was terrible. The chicken tasted like they put season salt all over it. It was not fresh either. Fries was cold and over seasoned.

A lot of logistics and training still needs to happen at this location. They also need to train on manners and customer service. Manager was rude and short to a customer who asked how to get a refund for a milkshake that was paid for but the machine wasn't working. Staff doesn't look like they want to be there. Counter girl who was supposed to be bagging, handing everyone food and calling names didn't speak, smile, and was extremely rude. Food was ok. Very high priced and I thought chick fil a was pricey.
