Tried Dave's Hot Chicken at Wiregrass mall and overall had a good experience. I ordered the mild chicken, which was a great option for me since it wasn't spicy. I was hesitant to try this place because I thought they would only have hot/spicy chicken. The chicken was crispy, had flavor , and the tenders were big. I really enjoyed the sauce but flavor of the chicken left a slightly weird aftertaste, which kept it from being a 5 star experience for me. Nice tender bites of chicken I got the medium..not too spicy and you get Dave sauce with your french fries. Do yourself a favor and add the honey onto the bites or some extra sweetness! Don't forget to ask for ranch dressing or other dipping sauces when you order it's an up charge if you forget. I don't like that. Tell me upfront that you have to pay for sauces. Their menu does not say sauces are extra!! actually I don't see sauces at all on their menu...

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant today! We were instantly greeted with a warm welcome and amazing customer service. Jo and Jess provided us with phenomenal service and helped us order and receive the best chicken we have ever had. Had a slider which was delicious. Fties and sandwich were very crispy and the seasoning was right on. Nice warehouse graffiti vibe and clean. But how long does it take to make a chicken slider at a fast food joint that basically only has that on the menu, when there is no line? Over 10 minutes is a long wait for the product here.

My first experience at Dave's Hot Chicken was fantastic! We were greeted by Corey, who took the time to answer all of our questions and help us explore the menu options. He provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. To top it off, Corey offered us samples of the milkshake flavors, which turned out to be the perfect sweet treat after our meal. The food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Corey's outstanding service made our visit even better. We'll definitely be back!
