Very impressed! Tasted just like the Dave's hot we have been too even though it was only the 2nd day open. Extremely busy but we did not have to wait long. The staff was very pleasant even with the high volume of people and loud crowd they were dealing with (us included). Food was excellent as always. Very happy to have them in Wesley Chapel. Easily the best chicken in the area.

Excellent food. Wait was probably about 15 minutes which wasn't bad. We got medium sliders. Chicken is halal which was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

Dave's hot chicken is now open in Wesley chapel in the Wiregrass mall. It is located in the old Irish 31 location. I've heard great things about this hip chicken spot and happy we now have one in our neighborhood. I ordered the 10pc Dave's bites with fries meal. You can select your heat level. I'm not a big spicy person so decided to try the medium bites and it was so good and flavorful. Not too overpowering on my tastebuds. For the tenders and sliders, those come in a variety of hot. We would appreciate better accommodations for large parties who wish to sit together. Our family drove over two hours to dine here, and we were very upset to learn that we had to sit separately. We were told the tables could not be moved, even though we offered to return them to their original position. This made for a disappointing experience. I was super excited to try this place and was so disappointed in the food! The chicken was absolutely flavorless (I opted for mild seasoning, so I get it wasn't supposed to be spicy, but there was no flavor at all). I couldn't even finish the sandwich. The fries were okay. Definitely wouldn't get it again.

The staff that worked on 6/18 do not deserve to work in customer service/food service---with the exception of Elijah. He was the only nice worker and offered an apology. Although, I wasn't looking for an apology--just thought the other workers would be more friendly, My fries were served to me room temperature, and when I asked for new fries (mind you i brought all 3 baskets back to the counter to show /tell them) . The service deserves a 5 star, very personable and friendly. The interior has a very artistic wonderfully decorated. But the food was ad follows: I ordered the two sliders with fries and did not omit anything. The fries were cold. Tasted like they were made earlier in the day and served at lunchtime. The slider came with no cold slaw and very bland ... I ordered medium. I even added the additional sauce but that didn't have any great favor either. I threw the rest of the fries and sliders in the trash. Save your money.

PROS.., Fries were good CONS... Chicken was not good, seemed like it was cooked in old dirty oil and I went there 30 minutes after it opened. Chicken had a powdered taste to it which I guess is the seasoning. It was like a chicken tender overcooked in dirty oil then rolled in powdered flavoring
