The staff that worked on 6/18 do not deserve to work in customer service/food service---with the exception of Elijah. He was the only nice worker and offered an apology. Although, I wasn't looking for an apology--just thought the other workers would be more friendly, My fries were served to me room temperature, and when I asked for new fries (mind you i brought all 3 baskets back to the counter to show /tell them) . The service deserves a 5 star, very personable and friendly. The interior has a very artistic wonderfully decorated. But the food was ad follows: I ordered the two sliders with fries and did not omit anything. The fries were cold. Tasted like they were made earlier in the day and served at lunchtime. The slider came with no cold slaw and very bland ... I ordered medium. I even added the additional sauce but that didn't have any great favor either. I threw the rest of the fries and sliders in the trash. Save your money.

PROS.., Fries were good CONS... Chicken was not good, seemed like it was cooked in old dirty oil and I went there 30 minutes after it opened. Chicken had a powdered taste to it which I guess is the seasoning. It was like a chicken tender overcooked in dirty oil then rolled in powdered flavoring

I've been a huge fan of Dave's Hot Chicken for months now, but this experience was really disappointing. From the start, things felt off orders weren't being called out at all, and the staff at the counter just didn't seem interested in helping. Food that was ready sat for way too long, and I had to ask for missing items. I get that they keep the honey and Dave's sauce behind the counter because people probably overuse them, but it felt like such a hassle to get them. I paid $18.92 for a number one meal with an extra tender, but it didn't come with a drink. For the price I paid, I believe a drink should be included. In my opinion, the MEAL COMBO was costly. You could stretch your money to PDQ, Raising Cane's, or Hangry Joe's. I ordered our food to go, and although it didn't take long to arrive, I noticed about three employees standing behind the counter, leaning against it and chatting with one another pretty much the entire time.
