If you want/like Spicy Chicken, look no further. The chicken is delicious and cooked crispy yet still juicy, the crunch is almost a little to much as is the spice level. Hot is HOT! If you normally eat spicy food as I do and especially chicken such as Buffalo Wings, spicy chicken sandwiches from the other places, be forewarned, the spice levels here are Next Level! The joy I had when I found out Wesley Chapel got a Dave's hot is unmatched. lol. Literally none of the fried chicken spots around here can compare. We went to another new chicken spot by the grove just before this opened and for the same price, we got maybe a third of the protein. Dave's hot tenders are HUGE. I will say, I wasn't a fan of the nuggets. We got them hot and as you can see by the photo, my sandwich and tender plate didn't even look the same as the nuggets in terms of seasoning. This spot is super cute for lunch and I love all the different murals all over the walls. The people at the counter were friendly. I ordered a 10 pc. Dave's Bites Hot with Fries and a Diet Coke which I'd recommend trying. Comes with Dave's sauce which was pretty good or you can try them with honey.

Hesitant about going knowing it just opened, as most new restaurants tend to be overly crowded and busy. I went during the week and to my surprise, the setup was nice and open. We ordered our food there and within a few minutes , we got our food. The food was sooooo good! This was our first time trying Dave's hot chicken. Just and FYI the chicken sliders are not as small as you think and are jam packed with flavor. The fries were well seasoned. Looking forward to going back again very soon!

Very impressed! Tasted just like the Dave's hot we have been too even though it was only the 2nd day open. Extremely busy but we did not have to wait long. The staff was very pleasant even with the high volume of people and loud crowd they were dealing with (us included). Food was excellent as always. Very happy to have them in Wesley Chapel. Easily the best chicken in the area.

Excellent food. Wait was probably about 15 minutes which wasn't bad. We got medium sliders. Chicken is halal which was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

Dave's hot chicken is now open in Wesley chapel in the Wiregrass mall. It is located in the old Irish 31 location. I've heard great things about this hip chicken spot and happy we now have one in our neighborhood. I ordered the 10pc Dave's bites with fries meal. You can select your heat level. I'm not a big spicy person so decided to try the medium bites and it was so good and flavorful. Not too overpowering on my tastebuds. For the tenders and sliders, those come in a variety of hot. Their marketing campaign of filming random "influencers" eating with the sound cranked up is terrible.
