First time trying this spot. I started off with the medium. It had a lil bite to it but not too hot. I'd like to try the next step up to see how much of a difference the spice factor would be. My favorite was thr loaded fries. The bite size chicken was perfect. They did a good job on the cauliflower bites.

Delicious fried chicken- perfectly cooked and well seasoned. I got the medium spice but could have gone hotter, will try hot next time. Love the crinkle cut fries! And the sauce is everything!! This sauce is perfect, even has a hint of sweetness. Got it delivered so didn't visit inside the restaurant. It was still fresh when delivered.

We LOVE Dave's Hot Chicken! We went the first week or two after they opened the Wesley Chapel location and the service was just as good then as it was last night. The food is always hot and is ready fairly quickly, even on busy nights. It's like an open concept dining space with concrete floors so it can be a little loud when they're busy but they also have a little patio with umbrellas! Really mid. Going up against the other chicken palaces in Wesley Chapel (unofficial chicken capital of the world), this place is not one I would recommend or return to. It's akin to Nashville hot chicken with sweet/spicy dry rubs. The chicken tenders were HUGE so don't be put off by only being able to order 2. However the portion of sauce given is seriously lacking for how dry these are. I had to use a lot of honey and still felt like I was coughing it down. Food was Hot however 18.92 for 2 avg size Tenders small Fri and regular shake to me was not worth it the price then have the card machine to ask to leave a Tip, naw I'm good with Dave's Hot Chicken sorry your food not worth the price

Another chicken spot, but it did not disappoint! It was actually surprisingly good. The price was reasonable for 2 burgers (they call them sliders) and fries for $14. Can work for 2 adults. Added one drink and a side order of a tender for our toddler. The spice level can be picked and the "medium" was reasonable. I don't very spicy and it was manageable, very tasty. Dave's Hot Chicken was a nice Friday night getaway with the family! Having a newborn, their patio seating was great for those looking for fresh air and ample space for baby carriages. This is a fast food concept, order at the counter and pick up at the counter when they call your order. Love that they have a scale of heat for the sauces. If you love spicy like me, don't settle for hot (because it wasn't spicy IMO) and go for extra hot instead :)

I just tried Daves for the first time, I ordered through Doordash. I took a chance with trying the Reaper tender and I regret it very much. The spice level on the reaper is no joke, I wpuld suggest do not go past Hot if you want flavor and spice. The slider spice level I picked was Hot and it was perfect. The fries are very good as well since they are also seasoned. I would absolutely order from here again

Daves hot chicken is new to Wiregrass mall. Cool graffiti on the walls and pretty yummy chicken served with fries and pickles!!! Great customer service. Fun for families and everyone else.
