Absolutely Appalling Experience - Avoid This Location My family and I had an absolutely terrible experience at Dave's Hot Chicken on West Broad Street, and I feel compelled to warn others. This establishment is a complete disaster when it comes to service and management. We placed our order at 5:52 PM and were quoted a 30-minute wait. Try to give this place a second chance, and it was even worse than the first time my chicken was not cooked very gross

Do not waste your time or money. Very mediocre chicken with small sized fries. The white bread that comes with the tenders probably came from a grocery store nothing good about that, and a drink is NOT included in the meal. Super expensive for a mediocre meal. Music is extremely loud. Also, no option to bypass tip for the person ringing up your meal... you just have to type in $0.00. Go somewhere else for chicken! No ranch either. What kind of chicken place doesn't have ranch?

Took 50 minutes and 2 requests to 'see our receipt' from online order to finally getting served. We barely even got a 'sorry for the delay'. First impressions are that we should never go to this place again.

Waited almost an hour to get our food. I cannot fathom the inefficiency of it!! The employees were friendly but obviously had major training deficits. Food was meh and not worth the wait. I will stick with Chick-Fil-A from now on.

Chicken is overrated and waaaay over seasoned. Tastes like you're biting into straight chili powder. Dip is a simple ketchup and mayo mixture. Fries are crunchy and seasoned. Atmosphere and customer service is great.

Took an hour to get my food. People who ordered after me had gotten their food and left . Customer service is non existent. Food wasn't that great . 1st and last time going .

The line was extremely long, mainly because it was two days before Christmas and it's a new spot to short pump. By the time I got my food the chicken was cold and the bun was cheaper dollar bread. The Dave's chicken bites, with no spice, was awfu. I would definitely recommend getting some spice as I guess that's where the flavour comes from. A complete waste of an hour.
