This is their opening weekend and there was a line out the door. No parking, I almost gave up . I turned around and came back and waited for a parking spot and I am glad I did. I really was looking forward to Dave's; it has been on my radar for months. I love spicy food and also love chicken so this should have been a slam dunk. The food was what I expected; tender, cooked right and spicy. I know this is a fast food outlet However, the place is dirty; filthy tables, floors..I saw several customers cleaning their own tables (as we did) and not once did I see any employees cleaning their tables (we were there about 30 min). So terribly slow. Horrible system, lady left a line of people waiting for 20min just to order. Then I sat and waited for another half hour. My friend and I ordered together, and for some reason she got hers after the half hour and then I continued to wait while other people who ordered after got their food. So slow I will never think to stop here again.

Poor management, orders sit behind the counter getting cold because they only have one employee behind the counter who's taking orders.

So we stopped by visiting from Hampton, on a Saturday evening around 6. Most of the tables weren't eating any food and the order line was getting long. Food orders were coming out slow. It took a good 30min for out food to come out. It was ok, it wasn't worth the long wait. It was really loud in there, not enough indoor seating for the amount of people ordering, people started sitting out on the back patio but it tried to rain earlier so those seats were wet. Service is slow, prices are ridiculously high and the decor consists of lawn furniture. No effort was to make this restaurant inviting.

A Serious Wake-Up Call for the Owners I honestly don't see how this place will survive with the level of customer service (or lack thereof) I experienced today. I arrived at 12:39 PM, placed my order, and didn't receive my food until 1:40 PM--over an hour later for something as basic as chicken and fries. Absolutely RIDICULOUS.
