This was the best chicken I have had in my life! I ordered a Dave's #3 with no pickles, slaw, or sauce;(I'm a bit picky), and they accommodated my changes wonderfully. I came in 30 minutes before closing with a huge group (~20 people), and the food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially Camille, Brandon, Sara, D'Andree, and Tina. This was my first time at a Dave's hot chicken and my first time writing a review. I love how inviting this food joint looks on the outside with the painted mural all around, it really blends in with North Bethesda/ Pike & Rose atmosphere There are multiple kiosks where you can order your food but also have the option of ordering with the cashier The chicken had a good spice level and wasn't dry but the whole meal itself was just too salty for my liking.

Food is very good, but because of that they were very busy and I had to wait a while for it. Try not to go during the lunch/dinner rush. Update: now that it's not as new my recent order didn't take as long to make, their food is ALWAYS good. I was not a fan of the Colliflower one (but I'm also not a fan of Colliflower anything...)

Second review, they were nice enough to give me the mild sauce on the chicken nuggets still they were coated a nuclear red, so I was apprehensive, They were perfectly soft as usual, next time, I'll dial up the heat, I don't see the point of the nuclear red powder if it's not spicy. What red dye do they use? They are notch above all competitors with their soft moist texture.

Best Spicy Chicken in Maryland I love hot and spicy food! Many have claimed to be mouth burning and slap your brother spicy, few deliver it. I'm happy and delighted to report Dave's has the spice. They offer levels from none to mouth burning levels of spice. They have lots of staff who work in the kitchen and front of the house taking orders, they are quick and efficient. I'm a big fan of this restaurant. If you love it hot, you must visit Dave's.

This place has some solid chicken! I came by around 5pm for an order I had place online. They were SLAMMED, so if you're ordering online pick an earlier time than when you'll actually get there! I did love the screen they had with updates on online orders, made it easier to know when your food was ready! The food was great. I ordered the two sliders (medium spice level) and fries meal. My fiancé ordered the two tenders (hot) with fries. We both really enjoyed our food. He thought he ordered Very Hot but was glad he didn't, he said the hot was perfect. I think I'll go for Hot next time. He finished his whole platter I finishe half a slider and half the fries and tapped out. The portions is big in a good way,

I've been thinking about this place since passing it on Rockville Pike a few weeks ago and for some reason I woke up with a craving today, even though I've never had it (but have seen photos of the food). For fast food, my experience was the quality was excellent but the fast was slow. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered until my food came out.
