Was looking forward to coming here for a while and stopped by for lunch with my partner. We ordered a Dave's #3 - Slider, Tender and Fries - "Slider served on a potato bun with kale slaw, pickles and drizzled with Dave's sauce & a tender served with sliced bread, pickles and a side of Dave's sauce." We also ordered two fountain drinks. It was our first time, so some discussion with a very friendly and enthusiastic worker about how spicy to get our chicken. We were told we could choose one spice level for each, so we got... read more

Tasty Chicken w/Friendly Customer Service. Dave's Hot Chicken recently opened (formerly a McDonald's), across the street from the North Bethesda Metro Station. My friend/I visited recently trying the "mild" version of Dave's Hot Chicken. Specifically tenders for me, my friend nuggets; we both got fries as our side. Tasty flavorful. The tenders resemble fried fish w/its crispy, craggy season speckled coating. The fries also have a lightly seasoned coating. Crispy, tender & tasty too. The chicken spice includes: no spice to ... read more

Finally had a chance to try the Dave's Hot Chicken that opened near up. Picked up some for lunch for my family to try. Ordered oline and was ready when I got there. The customer service was really good. Got the Chicken Tenders (Medium) for my oldest, 2 Sliders (Mild) for my youngest and the Hot Mozz. The chicken was great but the Hot Mozz turned out to be the most tasty and fun because the girls were able to make some very long cheese pulls. They have a sauce similar to Raising Canes. I think it tastes better but my d... read more

This is great for grabbing a quick meal . The chicken items are all pretty spicy but you can get a few less spicy options. It's mostly a take away place but it's quick and easy.

Lots of different chicken dishes - many of them very spicy so if that's your thing, this is the place! Very casual and many folks carry-out.

This was the best chicken I have had in my life! I ordered a Dave's #3 with no pickles, slaw, or sauce;(I'm a bit picky), and they accommodated my changes wonderfully. I came in 30 minutes before closing with a huge group (~20 people), and the food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The staff were all lovely and friendly, especially Camille, Brandon, Sara, D'Andree, and Tina. This was my first time at a Dave's hot chicken and my first time writing a review. I have zero regrets with my food choice. Tldr: The food and staff w... read more

I love how inviting this food joint looks on the outside with the painted mural all around, it really blends in with North Bethesda/ Pike & Rose atmosphere There are multiple kiosks where you can order your food but also have the option of ordering with the cashier The chicken had a good spice level and wasn't dry but the whole meal itself was just too salty for my liking.
