Amazing!!!! The food was so good, we loved the seasoning on the chicken. There are low of spice levels to choose from, and you can even do no spice. The employees were very kind and patient. The interior is great with PLENTY of seating and nice big windows. It was super packed but that was to be expected as it was opening day!

I ordered a small shake and they took 10 minutes then when i ask them to make it this hispanic girl barely acknowledges me and my request for her to do her job and goes and does another order in my face. she looks back at me 2 times and then goes to what i suppose was a bathroom break. i left at that point because i was in a rush and needed to be somewhere in that moment but i didn't think these imbeciles would take over 15 minutes on a stupid small milkshake. first time i genuinely wanted to yell at a fast food worker

Liberal little shit box restaurant. Every time I come in here, employees don't greet or attend you and always distracted. Chaos 24/7. Terrible service and management.

I never been to a Dave's Hot Chicken before but decided to try this place. I got the Mac and cheese which wasn't bad, it was nice. And, then I got the chicken bites. They were mediocre. Like, oddly enough when I got them they weren't as hot. But, idk they just weren't impressive. Who knows. Maybe it's not for me. I love crunchy chicken for sure. But, this place isn't a fav. The staff is nice and it has a nice chicken shop ambiance.

DHC Support Team" Avoid Dave's Hot Mess (not chicken) --------------- 3 feb, still no response from corporate. brett is doing her job but no one else. 99% sure this is my first and last visit to dave's hot chicken! go to popeye's!

Chicken is good. Timeliness is terrible. ordered at 4:41. website said ready at 5:51, 6:07 and not ready. Lousy attention to detail. Orders consistently wrong.

Not the type to write reviews but Dave's really disappointed. Thought food was pretty good but it's the wait. We waited 50 minutes for our food. Not acceptable at all, I even waited for them to get situated instead of going on opening day.

I knew better than to try this place because I didn't like it many years ago when I tried it the first time. This is the blandest chicken ever. I got the fallout meal which is cute but that's it. I'm disappointed and mad I spent my hard earned money. Nice location though.

Slow, 22 mins waiting for food, and I had to wait about 5-10 more to place an order. Peaking through, I could see that the kitchen is slow to assemble the menu items. Music is too loud. Food is ok.
