Tried Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time today. I ordered the chicken bites in medium heat with fries and a vanilla shake with fruity pebbles. I loved the crispiness of the fries and batter on the bites. Medium wasn't spicy at all. Barely tasted any heat on the bites. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant had plenty of seating. I will definitely be back to try their other menu items.

With the amount of these fried chicken sandwiches places that have been popping up all over the place. Does this place compete with the rest of them such as Roaming Roosters and Hangry Joes? The answer unfortunately, is yes. Is it better than the other two I mentioned. Unfortunately, the answer there is no. They're all good. Which is the problem. None of them standout enough. This was my first time here i just happened too see this spot . I decided to stop in and check this cool little spot out . Because it use to be a McDonalds . I luv spicy food so that made it even better lol. I got a #2 extra hot which was the chicken sliders and that spice level was good but I'm going to try the reaper level next time to see if it's really that hot. For it to be that many people to be in the restaurant the customer service was absolutely outstanding too me .

My first time ever at a DHC and I am very pleased! This is a brand-new location and is very nice looking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious! Welcome to the neighborhood DHC and co.!

Amazing!!!! The food was so good, we loved the seasoning on the chicken. There are low of spice levels to choose from, and you can even do no spice. The employees were very kind and patient. The interior is great with PLENTY of seating and nice big windows. It was super packed but that was to be expected as it was opening day!

To Davis Hot Chicken Management, I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service I have repeatedly received at your location. Your staff has consistently been rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I ordered a small shake and they took 10 minutes then when i ask them to make it this hispanic girl barely acknowledges me and my request for her to do her job and goes and does another order in my face. she looks back at me 2 times and then goes to what i suppose was a bathroom break. i left at that point because i was in a rush and needed to be somewhere in that moment but i didn't think these imbeciles would take over 15 minutes on a stupid small milkshake. first time i genuinely wanted to yell at a fast food worker

Liberal little shit box restaurant. Every time I come in here, employees don't greet or attend you and always distracted. Chaos 24/7. Terrible service and management.
