Came with a lady friend today after Penny's shopping. Today was the soft opening and the app didn't work yet. Boy we got here right when the kids got outta school or something... packed. Prices are not bad! I had a #3 (14.99 I think) which is a slider and a tender with fries. She had the #4 (9.99). just slider and fries. I have to say they were fast and it was fantastic!! Food is subpar. The seasoning relies too heavily on the paprika or sauces. The spices on the fried chicken are disappointing. The only really good thing is the fries which may have too much seasoning for some. The Mac and cheese was kind of cold and really only tasted palatable when eaten with the fries. Speaking of the Mac and cheese, I found a piece of clear plastic in the cheese sauce when getting some noodles. It looked similar to the kind around the cutlery. service sucks!!! i just spent over $30 and got home and my order was wrong . not to mention they failed to answer the phone the multple times i called. the crazy part is they werent busy!!!

My daughter ordered a regular top loaded fries. And she received it without the chicken. She went back and they said they couldn't give her the chicken because she ate some of the food. She went back not even 10min after pickup from walking. That's pretty bad customer service. First time there, also last time.

Decided we needed to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We ordered Chicken Bites and that is what we got. Little pieces of chicken in odd shapes about half the size of what you would except. Taste was nothing to write home about. Been there done that not going back.

Edited to add, I reached out via email as I was asked to and nothing was done. We were super excited to try this place, and drove out from Olympia. We placed an online order through the app so the food would be ready upon arrival since we have a 14m old with a short span to be content. In app, we purchased additional ranch and Dave's Sauce. Price needs to be updated. Shakes are more expensive than what's posted. Misleading. Menus should be changed prior to increasing in price

Waited 40 minutes to find out that they gave half our order away then they said they would make all of our food hot and fresh I saw the girl bring the food that was already made in the back they got the other half of our order pretty quick by the time I got home just like I figured it would be half of my food is cold and my cheese sticks also cold and they didn't give me the sauces I paid for it's still pretty busy and I don't think they're capable of handling their workload
