Their app doesn't work properly. I sent an order to the store I was near, the order went somewhere else, and now it seems there is nobody to call to get a refund. Really very annoyed right now. The food is good, but management is a ghost staff. Where are they? What are they doing? Give me my refund Now! Takes way too long for food to sit down at a table. My local chicken joints don't even take 30 minutes for chicken strips and fries. not coming back here again.

What can I say about this one It was about average. Nothing really out standing to me . Making it hard to really get excited about. The person l was with said she got more with her food half way through eating. Service was friendly.

Food is subpar. The seasoning relies too heavily on the paprika or sauces. The spices on the fried chicken are disappointing. The only really good thing is the fries which may have too much seasoning for some. The Mac and cheese was kind of cold and really only tasted palatable when eaten with the fries. Speaking of the Mac and cheese, I found a piece of clear plastic in the cheese sauce when getting some noodles. It looked similar to the kind around the cutlery. service sucks!!! i just spent over $30 and got home and my order was wrong . not to mention they failed to answer the phone the multple times i called. the crazy part is they werent busy!!!

My daughter ordered a regular top loaded fries. And she received it without the chicken. She went back and they said they couldn't give her the chicken because she ate some of the food. She went back not even 10min after pickup from walking. That's pretty bad customer service. First time there, also last time.

Decided we needed to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We ordered Chicken Bites and that is what we got. Little pieces of chicken in odd shapes about half the size of what you would except. Taste was nothing to write home about. Been there done that not going back.

Edited to add, I reached out via email as I was asked to and nothing was done. We were super excited to try this place, and drove out from Olympia. We placed an online order through the app so the food would be ready upon arrival since we have a 14m old with a short span to be content. In app, we purchased additional ranch and Dave's Sauce. In app it also asked if we needed ketchup, cutlery/napkins etc. which we did so we asked for all of that. When we opened our order there wasn't any ranch or sauce in the bag, so nothin... read more

Price needs to be updated. Shakes are more expensive than what's posted. Misleading. Menus should be changed prior to increasing in price
