customer service lacked, pickup time was 1145 and i didn't receive my food until 1215 ish, giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were busy but when i got my food it was stone cold. the atmosphere was great though.

my only complaint is their service. i decided to order on the app ahead of time bc we know how busy they are, we came on their grand opening so we know how busy it is and it was good so we came again but ordered ahead this time. we ordered 7:40ish and it said that it was going to be ready 8:05. we get there a little after 8:10, we don't even see our name on the monitor and the app wouldn't show our order anymore so we were confused. we just sat and asked someone. it was fine though, we waited for an hour, getting our food at... read more

We decided to order ahead of time, around 7:40pm because we know how busy it can get since it just opened and everything. Do we used the Dave's app and it quoted us that it would be ready at 8:05. We literally now got our food at 9pm. Honestly wouldn't be that upset if we didn't see like 30 ppl come and go, idk I guess I just assumed that pre ordered food would be faster and not take an hour... and we ordered their shakes and you're able to select a spoons, which we did, twice bc we got 2 and they didn't add that nor did the... read more
