service sucks!!! i just spent over $30 and got home and my order was wrong . not to mention they failed to answer the phone the multple times i called. the crazy part is they werent busy!!!

My daughter ordered a regular top loaded fries. And she received it without the chicken. She went back and they said they couldn't give her the chicken because she ate some of the food. She went back not even 10min after pickup from walking. That's pretty bad customer service. First time there, also last time.

Decided we needed to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We ordered Chicken Bites and that is what we got. Little pieces of chicken in odd shapes about half the size of what you would except. Taste was nothing to write home about. Been there done that not going back.

Edited to add, I reached out via email as I was asked to and nothing was done. We were super excited to try this place, and drove out from Olympia. We placed an online order through the app so the food would be ready upon arrival since we have a 14m old with a short span to be content. In app, we purchased additional ranch and Dave's Sauce. In app it also asked if we needed ketchup, cutlery/napkins etc. which we did so we asked for all of that. When we opened our order there wasn't any ranch or sauce in the bag, so nothin... read more

Price needs to be updated. Shakes are more expensive than what's posted. Misleading. Menus should be changed prior to increasing in price

Waited 40 minutes to find out that they gave half our order away then they said they would make all of our food hot and fresh I saw the girl bring the food that was already made in the back they got the other half of our order pretty quick by the time I got home just like I figured it would be half of my food is cold and my cheese sticks also cold and they didn't give me the sauces I paid for it's still pretty busy and I don't think they're capable of handling their workload

Avoid this location like the plague! Poor customer service, repeatedly gets orders wrong, and very unprofessional. Just go to chick fil a down the street.

This place has such incredible potential!!! But wow, what a let down. The food is awesome. The best chicken sandwich I have EVER eaten!! But the service and management are abysmal. I know it's new. I know there are kinks to work out. But they've been open a month now with the same issues. Both visits, I have waited 45 plus minutes. Both visits I had to ask for my drink cup when I picked up my food. And both visits I asked to sub for fries, and didn't get it either time.
