I've been to Dave's many times when I'm in Seattle so I'm very happy that we finally have one in Tacoma. This is my second time at this location (both times were for pick up). The first time I ordered here I ended up waiting 20 minutes past my pick up time in the freezing cold! Understandable since it was one of their first weeks being open. The chicken is incredibly great. Seasoned perfectly and tender. I'm not going to review the customer service because they are still working out how to be efficient with high demand. The slider with fries for $10 is very reasonable for the quality of food.

I haven't dined here yet, I've only been inside once, last Saturday to pick up a delivery order. The place was insanely packed with a long line outside. Yet, the cashiers helped me pronto and were very polite despite being up to their eyeballs in orders. I don't know their names but Boss, if you're reading this, give kudos to the young black kid and red headed girl.

Delicious, but the part that made it even better was Willy or William who was our cashier. Super knowledgeable and friendly and provided awesome customer service :)

The food is good but they left some sticker inside and I had to throw it away. Not sure I'd continue to eat at this location given the expensive price + whatever that was I found in my food
