Waited 40 minutes to find out that they gave half our order away then they said they would make all of our food hot and fresh I saw the girl bring the food that was already made in the back they got the other half of our order pretty quick by the time I got home just like I figured it would be half of my food is cold and my cheese sticks also cold and they didn't give me the sauces I paid for it's still pretty busy and I don't think they're capable of handling their workload

Avoid this location like the plague! Poor customer service, repeatedly gets orders wrong, and very unprofessional. Just go to chick fil a down the street.

This place has such incredible potential!!! But wow, what a let down. The food is awesome. The best chicken sandwich I have EVER eaten!! But the service and management are abysmal. I know it's new. I know there are kinks to work out. But they've been open a month now with the same issues. Both visits, I have waited 45 plus minutes. Both visits I had to ask for my drink cup when I picked up my food. And both visits I asked to sub for fries, and didn't get it either time. Customer by far the worst I've seen. My friend had ordered food and they gave his food to someone else and then gave it to him even though they had already opened it. Food was decent, wasn't hot. Didn't get any utensils even though I had asked for them. It's a nice place, tables are dirty.

This establishment is disgraceful & disgusting, they take entirely too long with people's food leaving folks to wait close to 2 hours for a meal. Some pieces of chicken seem to be raw or undercooked, i know someone who works up there & let me know they allow workers to handle & be around our food while very sick, coughing and sneezing around food uncovered and workers not changing gloves as often as they should, as well as making our food on & with dirty dishes, I hope people will read this review & take care of themselves &... read more

I went into this establishment today for lunch. I placed a togo order for a #2 combo which was 2 sliders add cheese with fries. I was in there before other customers who received their food before i. I was standing there waiting for 40 minutes along with other customers. It wasn't a busy dining room, there was maybe 15 people in there. Went to try and get chicken, walked inside and noticed it was very busy, but that's ok we were prepared to wait a little bit, no sign anywhere saying how long the wait would be. We couldn't figure out where the line to order was but we saw two open and functioning self serve kiosks with no line. No sign on the kiosks indicating they couldn't be used.
