What happened!!! The cast members were 16/20 rude. One nice manager and one nice security and 8 other cast members who were obviously not happy to be working there. I am from a different time when we went to Disneyland, and everybody was joyous and happy. They instilled joy and wonder and happiness in children. Now there are a bunch of angry and bitter people with that cranky b attitude. City hall. Pirates. Indiana jones. Encountered UGLY attitude from princesses who were not from the Disney world... This place is horrible. It used to be good because they would be a place for families. Unfortunately, they lost their way. Everything has doubled in price, you pay $1000 just to get in and they still want an extra $2000 if you want to ride their rides in a reasonable amount of time by getting their lightning lane option. Waited 3 hours for the Cars ride that lasted 3 minutes, but lightning lane attendees were given priority over the hundreds of families not rich enough to buy into their lightning lane. Extremely disappointed in Disney's refund policy. Tried to buy a ticket. App had an error. It's scrolled me down to a special event ticket and I didn't notice and purchased. Once I notice I bought a standard ticket. 30 minutes and 2 "magical cast members" later they said theres zero they could do to reimburse. For the cost of entry these days you'd think they'd understand after an immediate second purchase and calling customer service less than 10 minutes later.

The prices are insane to the point of being insulting. No free watering areas to refill water bottles. A bottle of Desani water is $5. Not enough places to sit and rest. None in shaded areas. A bottle of craft beer via room service was $21. Hotels are just OK. Take your wallet and prepare to get reamed. Grandchildren did have a nice time. Very crowded.

We had several tickets and with speed pass, the park was way to overcrowded on a wednesday, you could barely walk..dealing with very hot weather march 2026, little room to rest few benchs to sit or little shade..bathrooms r few.. my young relatives stood in multiple lines ..then the rides would break down, several rides....i contacted disney, and got the run around 3x, my emails have all gone unanswered

Disneyland's quality has dropped significantly. Cast members are rude, no longer focused around the experience of children, and the overall atmosphere is just not what it used to be. The nail in the coffin was having an issue with my 3 day park hopper at the front gate. I was refused any refund in person and pretty much forced to buy single day tickets in order to enter the park. I was later on refunded after calling over the phone the next day which took being transferred to a supervisor. They tried everything to not refun... read more

It's always been a cash grab but it's just gone to whole new levels. Not only do you pay 3-5x more than you'd pay anywhere else for hotel, food, tickets etc but now they charge for fast passes or "lightning lanes". You join a queue where they tell you there will be a 20-30 min wait then suddenly all these people that are willing to shell out another couple hundred bucks get in front of you. This security name KAI was a bitch. There was a line and she was rushing me to open my bag and i told her to hold on because i have stuff to put more on the table so she can check it. She gave me an attitude like as if i didnt hear her. This should be a smooth day for me but no!!!!!!!! If she dont her job quit or be at the back of the food court. I have my kids with me that time and family she was rushing us like its an olympic or something. Damn man
