Midweek park hours: cut by ~ 2 hours. Lightning Lane reservations: capped after a certain number of uses per day. Radiator Springs and Stars Wars ride: $23 and $29 per person with Lightning Lane use. Millennium Falcon -- 1 auditorium (instead of 2) being used in the late hours. Cut costs, appease shareholders, raise prices, enshitify the CX.

I personally feel like I was racially profiled today 5/5/2026. My family and I booked a full day of fun with family from as far as Michigan to experience the Disney Magic. Seeing our group was decently sized I approached a line separate from the group. Seeing I'm a black man watched my wife whom is not black walk clearly through the security checkpoint. Hassle free, barely looking through her or anyone from the rest of our group belongings. As for me. I was pulled to the side, bag fully emptied of all items. Once nothing was... read more

Disneyland is Not what it use to be. We had the great pleasure of experiencing this place at the age of 38 for the first time in 1995 for the 40th Anniversary. We came out many times from Colorado since then. In 2024 we brought our 6 kids 3 daughter's in law and 7 grandchildren. Seems every time the customer service gets worse. They seem to care less and less about Their Guests! Prices are through the roof and so many things are not attended to. Something as simple as having benches for the Flag retreat is a small example of... read more

The last time I set foot in my beloved Disneyland was shockingly and embarrassingly back in 2014, for my 60th birthday. Disneyland and I were born on the EXACT SAME DAY... July 17, 1954. That said, Disneyland only recognizes July 17, 1955 as its birthday because that is the day it first opened to the public, but they actually BROKE GROUND on July 17, 1954, one year earlier... and the day I was born. So I've always recognized the EARLIER date cuz it's just as important... for those TWO reasons. :-) Anyway, fast forward t... read more

Ever since the new CEO (Josh D'Amaro) came in it has gone downhill quickly. They have had lines closed to the entrance, rides 3x longer (70min+ waits), people scalping merch due to influencers and buying bulk, security irritable, irritable staff, and severe understaffing overall due to the random bulk layoffs (1,000 people). Here is a prime example of how disorganized it is. There were 2 transportation trams that passed, only one was open. The same goes for after the park closes, only one open. It will be a 15min wait just ... read more

I'm saddened, I won't complain about prices cause they are as expected but I expect customer service to be DISNEY friendly and that is not what we encountered!!!!!! Scanning ticket to get in we were treated like cattle and no customer service would help us!! We missed out on a whole day without our family due to their scheduling mistakes and incompetence, furthermore, the woman who represented Disney, named Monique, really showed me that they DO NOT VALUE us as repeated customers. We lost a whole day with my extended FAMILY ... read more

A Total disappointment. Its was 3 days of suffering for my family. Its Overcrowded, Oversubscribed with 45-90 minute lines. I have been a fan of Disneyland for decades. I have enjoyed the Magic Kingdom many may times. I visited, then my children visited, and then came my grandchildren. This last experience of April 2026 was literally Hell on Earth. All lines for rides, food, even restrooms were were 45-90 minutes long. Do not waste money on the so-called "Lightening Pass". The rides sell out before you can use it. You can g... read more

Disneyland has reached a new low. 50 minutes on the phone with customer service to be told they can do nothing. Danielle in customer service is terrible. Apparently 3 day passes expire in less than 2 weeks. They said they can do nothing to help resolve this situation. They charge $40 for parking, $80 for a pizza, 2 salads and a drink. Pay for a previously free service with the fast pass. Front gate customer service people are rude now. Biggest rip off ever. Cancelling Disney plus. Likely never to return to Disney. ... read more

You'd think a billion dollar company/corp would have better functioning attractions but they don't, they also don't properly reimburse you for the inconvenience. Imagine taking your family for a "dream vacation" to the" happiest place on earth" but you're left with broken down main attractions or maintenance issues. Even when you pay for "lightning lane" but are subjected to mediocre rides. Billion dollar company by the way. Can't seem to figure out their lightning lane and functional problems of their system. I feel terribl... read more
