We have worked with David since 1998 when we purchased our home and our realtor recommended him for our financing needs. Since then, we have relied on David to see us through various refinances. We completely trust David - he is knowledgeable, follows through with our every question, responds in a timely manner and his staff is just as capable and friendly. We can't imagine seeking our financing needs from anyone else.

David did an incredible job of closing a loan for me in a very limited time period that then had to be further limited because I needed to be out of town for the original close date. He was very patient, flexible, and responsive to my schedule changes, and was also very creative. This ended up saving precious days and enabling the close to be moved forward,which in turn allowed me to travel stress free. He also has terrific integrity which is important to me when I am sharing financial information, and I trust him fully

I've used David Angrove with my first home purchase, 2nd home purchase and refinances in between. I have found David to be one of the more exceptional and knowledgable people that I have dealt with in the mortgage industry. Dave was fantastic to work with. He helped us finance/purchase our vacation home in Eastern Washington. We were a little hesitant at first wondering if we could actually afford two homes, But, Dave worked hard to get us the best rate possible and made certain we were comfortable with our decision before we acted. Dave financed my first house in 1996 and did three 'refis' as well. He is extremely knowledgable and is able to cut through all the red tape and make financing easy for dummies like me! You can always count on him for assistance in any aspect of mortgage transactions! I would not work with anyone else!

I worked with Dave Angrove to secure a loan package in a housing market that had gone a bit crazy, competing against multiple offers and quick sales. He was always ready with information when i asked and is very knowledgable of the mortgage lending business. I always felt like I was in good hands and could trust his opinions and advice on assorted home buying questions. Really nice guy and I would definitely recommend him.

David helped us with our mortgage, which enabled us to buy our first home! He made the process of finding the right loan for us quick and painless. He was very good at responding quickly to our calls and/or emails and made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our loan at all times. I will be using David's expertise in the future. I will highly recommend him to everyone else!
