Dave was terrific through the whole process of loan application and approval. The focus was to do as much of the application online as possible and this was a huge plus.Dave and his associates were ready to assist at every step of the process (and we did have questions). Overall, a very positive experience.

Dave and his team were great in helping this first-time buyer through the process. We closed our purchase in 30 days, right on schedule, and did not encounter any major bumps in the road. Through the Keys on Time process, we were able to get most of our underwriting done as part of the pre-underwriting process (above and beyond the standard automated underwriting pre-approvals that most lenders do), reducing our level of anxiety when we went to close.
