Our experience with Dave Angrove and Advisory Lending was outstanding! Dave's financial knowledge and personal understanding got us through a complicated, and at times frustrating, Refi approval due to trust issues that no one else would touch. He and his team stayed in close communication and led us through the process in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mr. Angrove if you are in need of a Refi, especially a complicated one!

Dave was a true customer-oriented professional in getting my refinancing done. I talked with Dave about refinancing earlier this year and he recommended that I wait a while as the rate difference was not sufficient to make a difference over the life of the mortgage. We originally started the process with another lender that was 'preferred' by the developer and came with a credit for closing. We regretted that decision and it ended up falling through. David Angrove was there to immediately pick up the pieces and bring us to closing with a favorable rate and great experience! David and his team explained the process and how it works. Then they guided us through it and we closed on time - even with the appraisers being back up here in our area. Buying a home can be stressful and David was there to walk us through it with constant communication. He and his team really made it a great experience.
