Dave and his team were very professional and most importantly timely. We changed terms of the loan mid-way through and he made our experience pretty seamless. The benefit of having someone on call and available for advising during a big purchase is extremely important and with Dave that is what we had all the way through. To top it off we closed several weeks early.

We had a bit of an unusual situation with our home purchase. It was a family deal that was hard to optimize. Along the way we threw so many curve balls at David.
