Dave’s professionalism and knowledge are what made this experience so great. Even when situations became tough and looked bleak, Dave stayed calm, cool, and collected and managed to still get the loan closed in an orderly fashion. In this industry it’s alway great to have someone you can count and simply put Dave is the best in the business.

I cannot ever praise David Angrove enough for his speedy, accurate, friendly, informative assistance. This is at least the 4th time we've worked together to get me where I wanted to go home-wise, and he got me there painlessly and in record time. I don't foresee another house purchase in my future. I have never had any type of lender be as helpful as David Angrove. From the first day of filling out the initial loan application to the final escrow papers David did not skip a beat for us. We were extremely pleased to work with David and will be more than glad to recommend him on a loan request.
