David was very helpful in the home buying process. My husband and I purchased our first home this year and David was able to get us approved almost instantly. We had a different loan officer at the beginning of Escrow, but we felt like we were not getting the rates/closing costs that we deserved. A family member recommended David and he was able to match the interest rate with no additional fees and was able to substantially lower the closing cost for us.
My fiance and I are both self employed with multiple streams of income, both 1099 and w2. Our taxes are usually convoluted and confusing; this does not bode well for loans.
