David is extremely knowledgeable and transparent about the mortgage loan process! We did a last-minute switch in a lender when we submitted an offer for our dream home based on the preferred lender listings. For whatever reason we just don't make things very easy on him, but he is persistent and just simply great at what he does. I was contacted by David informing me that interest rates had dropped due to covid. What a perfect time to refinance and help us save some money. Transition was smooth as always and David treats us like family. He takes care of us and is always available when we have any questions.
