He even worked with a secondary grant program that we were able to qualify for at no additional charge. His team was very thorough and I would highly recommend to anyone. David worked with my husband and I on our first mortgage with our condo. He was so patient and helpful and miraculously closed escrow in 30 days. So when the interest rates dropped recently I immediately called David and he worked his magic again for a refi. Again in record time. I highly recommend David for any home financing.
